| Objective:In this study,we searched and collected the clinical randomized controlled trials of Compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of ovarian cancer from the establishment of Chinese and English databases to June 2020.The efficacy and safety of Compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone in the treatment of ovarian cancer patients were compared by Meta analysis. Methods: According to search strategy, and exclusion criteria, both in English and Chinese database search(China hownet database,a database of ten thousand, weipu database,Pub Med,the Cochrane Library,EMBASE,AACR)self-built database to be published in June 2020 Compound Kushen injection combined chemotherapy in the treatment of ovarian cancer randomised controlled trial study of literature, eventually determine the 10 articles were included in this study;Meta-analysis and quality of evidence evaluation were performed on the study indicators, such as response rate(CR+PR),clinical benefit rate(CR+PR+SD),immune indicators(CD3+ cell count,CD4+ cell count,CD8+ cell count),incidence of nausea and vomiting, incidence of abnormal liver function, and incidence of abnormal renal function. Results:Results of effective rate Meta-analysis: Q statistic test P=0.52,I~2 statistic test I~2=0%,relative risk RR=1.30,[95%CI(1.16,1.47)],Z=4.31(P < 0.0001).Compound K ushen injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of ovarian cancer ha s a significant advantage in improving the effective rate. Results of Meta-analysis: Incidence of nausea and vomiting: Q statistic test P=0.35,I~2 statistic test I~2=10%,relative risk RR=0.75,[95%CI(0.60,0.93)],Z=2.62(P=0.009);Meta-analysis of incidence of abnormal renal function: Q statistic test P=0.39,I~2 sta tistic test I~2=1%,relative risk RR=0.54,[95%CI(0.40,0.75)],Z=3.75(P=0.0002);Meta-analysi s of incidence of abnormal liver function: Q statistic test P=0.09,I~2 statistic test I~2=54%,relative risk RR=0.43,[95%CI(0.23,0.82)],Z=2.56(P=0.01);Compound Kushen injecti on combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of ovarian cancer did not increa se the incidence of nausea and vomiting, the incidence of abnormal liver function and the incidence of abnormal kidney function compared with chemotherapy alone. Conclusion: Compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of ovarian cancer has a significant advantage in improving the effective rate, good safety,is worthy of clinical use. |
