| Objective: to study whether the levels of homocysteine,Cystatin C and D-dimer in patients with acute ischemic stroke are different from those in healthy people. If they are different, which method is more effective in the case of acute ischemic stroke diagnosed by MRI system There are advantages.Whether there is a correlation between the stroke scale and the three serological indexes. Methods: 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke in our hospital in recent three years were selected as the observation group, and another100 healthy people in our hospital were selected as the control group. In the early morning of the second day after admission, the patient’s venous blood was taken for blood test. Two deputy chief physicians of neurology department examined the patient’s neurological deficit, filled in the stroke score scale, and instructed the patient to do MRI system examination.Blood samples were taken from healthy people on the day of physical examination.Compare the basic situation between the two groups. The results of three blood tests were compared between the two groups. The correlation between stroke score scale and three blood test indexes in the observation group was compared. The misdiagnosis rate of three blood sampling results in patients with this disease were analyzed, and the ROC curve was analyzed. Results: by comparing the blood test results of the control group and the observation group, the differences between the blood test results of the patients with this disease and those of the healthy people were statistically significant(all P < 0.05).Through the analysis,we found that there was a positive correlation between the stroke score scale and cystatin C,D-dimer in patients with this disease(all P<0.05),but there was no correlation with homocysteine(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the blood test results between the patients and healthy people(all P<0.05).The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of the combined detection of multiple indicators in patients with this disease were 95.5%,98% and 93% respectively, which were higher than the detection results of the three indicators.Through the ROC curve analysis, the results show that each index has a good effect in the detection of the disease. It was found that there was a difference between the single index blood test results and the multi index joint analysis results. Conclusion: the stroke score scale of patients with acute ischemic stroke has positive correlation with the levels of cystatin C and D-dimer,but not with homocysteine. The results of three blood tests of patients were higher than those of healthy people, and the diagnostic effect of combined detection of three indexes was better than that of single index detection. |
