| Research BackgroundIdiopathic anterior macular membrane is a kind of age-related hyperplastic disease,which occurs mostly in elderly people over 50 years old,and mostly in women.At first most pure vision loss by patients thought to be caused by aging,the subjectivity of the late treatment,when there is a deformation and central vision severe vision loss,the macular area retinal cells has produce irreversible damage,especially with macular edema and macular hole,even if the surgery,some patients visual acuity is also is not very good.By iERM have all kinds of cytokines involved in the pathological course of development,as the measure the levels of cytokines has become the foundation and an important aspect in clinical immunology research,we can through the research on mechanism of all kinds of cytokines in eyes,clear their exact role in the disease process mechanism,the control factors and the mutual connection between,find the proliferation of the occurrence and development of relations with cytokines,develop new therapeutic targets.To find a new direction for the treatment of the idiopathic anterior macular membrane.ObjectiveTo investigate the levels of IL-17A,IL-6,IL-8,BFGF,and VEGF in aqueous humor and the correlation of idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane(iERM)in patients with idiopathic macular anterior membrane.".METHODSA total of 51 eyes of 50 ophthalmological patients admitted to ZhengDong Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2020 to January 2021 were collected,and 26 eyes of 26 patients with idiopathic anterior macular membrane were included in the experimental group.Twenty-four patients with senile cataract alone,25 eyes were included in the control group.All specimens were collected by the same doctor before the start of the operation and 0.1ml of the anterior chamber was extracted.The specimens were sent to Beijing Zhide Medical Laboratory within 24 hours under-20℃ for the detection of 5 kinds of inflammatory cytokines.RESULTSThe levels of IL-17A and bFGF in aqueous humor of the two groups were higher than the normal reference range,and the levels of the other three cytokines were all within the normal range.The levels of IL-17A and bFGF in aqueous humor of experimental group were(17.76±11.68)pg/ml and(8.38±4.44)pg/ml,respectively,which were higher than those of control group(5.37±1.89)pg/ml and(5.03±3.23)pg/ml(t=4.991 and 2.577,P=0.001 and 0.014).There was a positive correlation between IL6 and VEGF in experimental group(r=0.646,P=0.001).There was no correlation in the rest(P>0.05).Conclusion1.The high expression of IL-17A and bFGF in aqueous humor is correlated with the occurrence of idiopathic anterior macular membrane.2.In this study,the contents of two inflammatory cytokines,IL-17A and bFGF,in the aqueous humor of IERM and senile cataract alone were higher than the normal reference values.Therefore,when exploring the correlation between some eye diseases and the levels of inflammatory cytokines in aqueous humor,the idiopathic anterior macular membrane and senile cataract should be used with caution as the healthy control group. |
