| Objective:Through retrospective research to find the specificity of BRAFV600 E gene mutation in Papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC),and analyze the correlation between PTC clinical features and BRAF gene,and provide new ideas and directions for future diagnosis and treatment of PTC patients.Methods:Collected and retrospectively analyzed the relevant data of450 patients(admitted by the Department of Vascular and Thyroid Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2018 to July 2020),including: clinical related test results,examination results,pathology Data and BRAF gene mutations determined by fluorescence quantitative PCR method.Patients were divided into BRAF gene mutation group(387 cases)and BRAF gene non-mutation group(63 cases)according to whether BRAFV600 E gene mutation occurred.Further compare the differences of various indicators between the groups and within the groups,and perform statistical analysis.Results: Through the use of statistical data analysis,it is found that there is a statistically significant difference between whether BRAFV600 E gene mutations and whether PTC exists in cervical lymph nodes(P<0.05).At the same time,whether BRAFV600 E gene mutations in PTC exist and preoperative detection of thyroglobulin antibodies(Thyroglobulin antibody,Tg Ab)level difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).However,different age,gender,maximum diameter of tumor tumor foci,number of tumor foci(single,multiple),preoperative detection of Thyroid Stimulating Hormone(TSH)levels,anti-thyroidism before surgery The level of Anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),whether the final pathology after surgery has Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,and the final clinical tumor stage and BRAFV600 E gene mutation analysis revealed that there is no statistical difference between the factors Academic significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: BRAFV600 E gene is currently a hotspot of PTC molecular basic research.Through retrospective analysis and research,it is found that the mutation status of BRAFV600 E gene reflects the aggressiveness of PTC to a certain extent.It has important reference significance for patient’s diagnosis and treatment plan and prognosis follow-up and can be used as research In-depth study of the pathogenesis of PTC. |
