| Objective:The purpose of this study was to examine the predictive value of STAF combined with D-dimer in the diagnosis of cardioembolic stroke. Methods:We enrolled 178 patients with acute cerebral infarction hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2019 to December 2019.According to their etiology, divided these patients into cardioembolic stroke group and non-cardioembolic stroke group.Compared the basic clinical characteristics and related auxiliary examination results between two groups.Using ROC curves to determine the cut-off value of STAF and plasma D-dimer for the predictive diagnosis of cardioembolic stroke and estimate the predictive value of STAF and D-dimer in the diagnosis of cardioembolic stroke.Using parellel test to estimate the predictive value of STAF combined with D-dimer in the diagnosis of cardioembolic stroke. Results:Logistic regression shows:left atrial Diameter,STAF and D-dimer are independent risk factor of cardioembolic stroke. The area under the ROC curve of STAF was 0.778 and95%CI was 0.703-0.852,P<0.001.The area under the ROC curve of the D-dimer is 0.742 and 95%CI was 0.668-0.816,P<0.001.The cut-off value of STAF is 3.5,the sensitivity is 83.72%and the specificity is 66.67%.The cut-off value of plasma D-dimer was 0.40μg/m L,the sensitivity was 83.72%and the specificity was 58.52%.When STAF was combined with D-dimer the sensitivity was 95%and the specificity was 64%.Conclusion:STAF combined with D-dimer have a good predictive valued in diagnosis of cardioembolic stroke. |
