| Purposes:Imaging method to measure and explore the changes of condylar cortex and cancellous bone in ADDWOR patients.Methods:24 patients with ADDWOR 、24patients in maxillofacial surgery ward,photograph CBCT and collect medical history and data,Mimics software reorganization,The case group measured the cancellous bone density of the affected condyle、cortical bone density;Control group measured bilateral cancellous condylar bone density、cortical bone density,Statistical analysis of T test for two independent samples.Results:bone cancellous bone mineral density value of Case group condylar(588.05±110.84Hu)is higher than the control group(428.96±90.68Hu)(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between bone cortical bone density value(610.21±77.75Hu)and control group(633.95±57.39Hu)(P>0.05);2.bone cancellous bone mineral density value of Case group condylar base on female is higher than the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between bone cortical bone density value and control group(P>0.05);3.bone cancellous bone mineral density value of Case group condylar base on male is higher than the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between bone cortical bone density value and control group(P>0.05);4.There was no significant difference between Case group condylar and control group about articular tubercle(P>0.05);Conclusions:In ADDWOR patients,the bone density of the condylar cancellous bone of the affected side was higher than that of the averages,and the bone mineral density of the condylar cortex did not change significantly,and this difference do not have relationship with sex;there are no difference between bone mineral density about articular tubercle. |
