ObjectiveBy detecting the count and percentage of lymphocyte subsets CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD+19,CD+56,CD4+/CD8+and immune series Ig G,Ig A,Ig M,C3,C4 in children with cerebral palsy dyskinesia from 1 to 6 years old,to explore the cellular and humoral immune status of children with cerebral palsy dyskinesia, and to provide clinical experimental basis for the safety of vaccination in children with cerebral palsy dyskinesia.MethodsA total of 46 children with cerebral palsy and dyskinesia aged 1-6 years were collected from September 2018 to July 2019 in Shenyang Children’s Hospital.According to the age, they were divided into two groups:1-3 years old and 3-6 years old as case group 1 and case group 2,including 33 cases in 1-3 years old group and 13cases in 3-6 years old group. The control group collected 46 cases of healthy children in the same period in our hospital.According to the age, they were divided into two groups:1 to 3 years old and 3 to 6 years old. There were 33 cases in 1 to 3 years old group and 13 cases in 3 to 6 years old group. The complete history and clinical laboratory examination data of all cases were recorded. The blood lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry, and the immune function was detected by immunoturbidimetry.SPSS 22.0 software was used to compare the results of case group, control group and different age groups.Results1.There were 17 males and 16 females aged 21.65±5.4 months in the1-3-year-old case group, and 17 males and 16 females aged 24.09±7.6 months in the1-3-year-old control group. There was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups(P>0.05)(χ2=0,P=1;t=1.500,P=0.139).There were 5males and 8 females aged 55.46±12.3 months in the 3-6-year-old case group and 9males and 4 females aged 50.61±8.9 months in the 3-6-year-old control group. There was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups(P>0.05)(χ2=2.476,P=0.116;t=-1.144,P=0.264).2.There was no significant difference in the percentage and absolute count of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD+19,CD+56,and CD4+/CD8+between the 1-3-year-old case group and the control group(P>0.05).The Ig G(g/L)value of humoral immune index in case group 1 was significantly lower than that in control group 1,P<0.05(5.9±1.7,6.8±2.0,t=-2.1,P=0.038).There was no significant difference in Ig A,Ig M,CD3+,CD4+of other indexes(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in cellular immunity and humoral immunity between the 3-6-year-old case group and the control group(P>0.05).4.Compared with normal children aged 1-3 years and 3-6 years, the indexes of cellular immunity and humoral immunity in normal children aged 1-3 years and 3-6 years.the percentage and count of CD4+(38±3.5VS35±3.4,t=2.89,P=0.006);(1813±405VS1375±307,t=3.503,P=0.001)CD+19(22±3.7VS18±3.6,t=3.751,P=0.002);(1042±257VS740±152,t=3.958,P=0.000)and CD4+/CD8+(1.9±0.6VS1.4±0.6,t=2.586,P=0.013),and the count of CD3+(3035±575VS2577±490,t=-2.553,P=0.014)were lower with age,and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).the percentage of CD8+(21±4VS24±2,t=-2.49,P=0.016),the value of Ig G(g/L)(6.5±2.2 vs 8.7±2.1,t=-3.101,P=0.003)and Ig A(g/L)(0.41±0.3 vs 0.88±0.3,t=-4.288,P=0.000)increased with age. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no difference in other indexes(P>0.05).5.Compared with children aged 1-3 years and 3-6 years with cerebral palsy and dyskinesia, the indexes of cellular immunity and humoral immunity in child-ren aged 1-3 years and 3-6 years.the percentage and count of CD4+(39±5.9VS35±3.5,t=2.936,P=0.006);(2001±828VS1345±303,t=3.928,P=0.000)CD+19(21±4VS18±3,t=2.294,P=0.027);(1213±680VS744±154,t=3.723,P=0.001)and CD4+/CD8+(2.0±0.9VS1.5±0.2,t=2.851,P=0.007),and the count of CD3+(3428±1069VS2536±458,t=3.583,P=0.000)were lower with age,and the diffe-rence between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).the perce-ntage of CD8+(20±5.6VS23±2.9,t=-2.089,P=0.043),the value of Ig G(g/L)(5.2±1.7vs 8.3±2.0,t=-5.201,P=0.000)and Ig A(g/L)(0.35±0.2 v s 0.84±0.3,t=-5.589,P=0.000)increased with age,and the differencebetween the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was signi-ficant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no differenc e in other indexes(P>0.05).Conclusions1.The level of humoral immunity Ig G of 1-3 years old children with cerebral palsy dyskinesia was lower than that of normal children, however,it does not immune deficiency,The humoral and cellular immune status of 3-6 years old children with cerebral palsy dyskinesia is similar to that of normal children, under the stable condition, from the humoral and cellular immune aspects, children with cerebral palsy dyskinesia do not have contraindication vaccination.2.With the increase of age,the humoral immune function of 1-6 children with cerebral palsy dyskinesia gradually improved, and tended to be normal after 3 years old.The development of cellular immunity followed the trend of normal children.
