| Objective: This subject aims to investigate the clinical effect and safety of "Jiawei Zhishi Xiaopi Recipe" on recurrence of adenoma-like gastric polyps after surgery Intervention.Methods: In this study,patients with adenomatous gastric polyps hospitalized in the spleen and gastroenterology department of Shijiazhuang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the observation objects.Cases were collected in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and 60 patients who met the research criteria were screened.For example,a randomized control method was used to divide 60 patients into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with adenoma-like gastric polyps under gastroscopy.After treatment with gastroscopy,the treatment group was given a Chinese herbal decoction of "Jiawei Zhishi Xiaopi Fang",one dose per day,400 ml of juice per dose,divided into two sachets Packaging,take warm water twice,take one bag at a time,and take 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner.the control group is given omesola Enterazole-coated capsules,20 mg each time,once a day,30 mim orally before breakfast.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.After the treatment,the data of individual TCM syndrome points,total TCM syndrome points,gastroscopy points,pathological results and various safety indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were adopted.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to analyze and compare the differences between the two groups,and then reasonably and objectively evaluate the intervention effect of "Jiawei Zhishi Xiaopi Recipe" on the recurrence of postoperative adenoma-like gastric polyps.Results:There were 2 cases in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group.(1)Comparison of individual scores of TCM syndromes: before and after treatment,the treatment group and the control group had significant improvement in gastric epistaxis,stomach pain,stomach fullness,heartburn,and anorexia(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference was statistically significant in improving the clinical symptoms of gastric epistaxis,gastric fullness,and anorexia(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group;the clinical symptoms of gastric pain and heartburn improved In terms of differences,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the control group was superior to the treatment group.(2)Comparison of total scores of TCM syndromes: The total scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients were statistically significant(P<0.05),which were significantly improved after group comparison.After treatment,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)Gastroscopy score comparison: Gastroscopy score comparison between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05),with significant improvement.After treatment,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 96.43% and 72.41% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.(5)Comparison of curative effect of prevention and treatment of polyp recurrence: The curative effect of the treatment group and the control group was 96.43% and 72.41% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.6 Safety comparison: No adverse reactions were found in all cases during the study.(6)Recurrence rate of polyps: After treatment,the recurrence rate of polyps in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)Comparison of safety indicators: Before and after treatment,the safety indicators of the two groups of patients did not appear abnormal,and the results of liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram,etc.showed no obvious abnormalities,indicating that both treatment methods have good safety.Conclusions: Jiawei Zhishi Xiaopi Formula can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with postoperative adenoma-like gastric polyps,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the recurrence of adenoma-like gastric polyps,and has no adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application. |
