| While quinolones are widely used in clinic,the related Adverse Drug Reaction(ADR)reports are increasing,and the harm caused by quinolones is also increasingly prominent.The package insert can be used as an important basis for guiding clinical rational drug use,the structured organization and effective retrieval of the ADR information in the package insert will greatly promote the extraction and utilization of the information,and will also be of great significance for assisting doctors in treatment and ensuring the safety of patients’ medication.Based on this,this study refers to package insert of quinolones,constructs an ADR ontology of quinolones,and designs the semantic retrieval model of quinolones ’ADR based on this ontology.Firstly,analyze the knowledge involved in the field of ADR and the actual record of package insert,and determine that the ontology includes not only quinolones and ADR symptoms,but also the occurrence frequency and severity of ADR.Based on this,the ADR ontology framework that contains nine classes is constructed;Then,according to the ontology framework,sort out quinolones so as to obtain the corresponding package insert,collect the knowledge related to each class in the ontology,and at the same time,use the protege tool and JAVA OWL API to establish the classes,define the relevant object properties,datatype properties and annotation properties,generate the ADR ontology of quinolones,also modify and evaluate the constructed ontology;Subsequently,based on this ontology,this study statistically analyzes the occurrence of ADR related to quinolones;Finally,aiming at the shortcomings of traditional retrieval methods applied in the field of ADR,the overall framework of the semantic retrieval model is designed based on this ontology,the functions and implementation principles of each module are explained separately.In summary,this study constructs ADR ontology of quinolones based on package insert which contains the more comprehensive semantic relationship,and designs a semantic retrieval model.ADR ontology and the retrieval system based on the semantic retrieval model can be directed to clinicians and medication patients,optimizing the access to reasonable medication information,and further improving the retrieval effect. |
