Clinical Observation Of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction In The Treatment Of Insomnia Based On The Theory Of Opening,Closing And Pivoting

Objectives:Based on the theory of Three Yin-Three Yang’s role in Opening,clos ing and pivoting,Huanglian Ejiao Decoction was used for patients with insomnia d ue to the perform poorly of Shaoyin.By observing the clinical efficacy of the patie nts after treatment and the maintenance of sleep during the follow-up period,the ef fectiveness,stability and safety of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction for improving insomni a in patients with shaoyin heat transformation syndrome in order to improve the cli nical efficacy of insomnia treatment.Methods: 132 patients who met the enrollment conditions were randomly divi ded into a treatment group and a control group,with 66 cases in each group.The tre atment group was treated with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction,and the control group w as treated with dexazopiclone tablets(Wenfei).This subject is carried out for 14 da ys.Conduct follow-up observation and record a date for a period of 14 days after the completion of the study subject.The indexes of Sleep Disorder Rating Scale(S DRS),Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI),and TCM Symptom Scale of the patien ts Before and after treatment were record.During the follow-up,only The indexes o f Sleep Disorder Rating Scale(SDRS)were recorded.the data were statistically ana lyzed by SPSS.23 software to draw conclusions.Results:After 14 days of treatment,comparing the scores of the SDRS scale and the PSQI scale of the two groups,we can see that both groups of drugs can improve the sleep quality of patients and the efficacy is equivalent.Comparing the scores of the TCM syndrome scale between the two groups,it can be seen that the drugs in the treatment group can improve the patients’ TCM syndromes,but the treatment group is better than the control group.Comparing the clinical effects of the two groups,the treatment group was slightly higher than the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that in terms of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups of drugs were comparable.Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups,the treatment group was higher than the control group,indicating that the efficacy of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that of the control group.After 14 days of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,indicating that the long-term efficacy stability of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusions: 1.For patients who are judged to be Shaoyin perform poorly as the pivot clinically,Huanglian Ejiao Decoction is used for the treatment of the obstruction of Shaoyin pivot.The clinical effect is comparable to dexazopiclone(Wenfei),and the effect of TCM syndromes is significantly better than Control group.2.During the 14-day follow-up,the long-term effect of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction in the treatment of insomnia was more stable than eszopiclone tablets.3.The main clinical manifestations of patients with cardio dysfunction of Shaoyin are the difficulty of falling asleep,which can be used as a handle when clinical evidence is given,taking into account the symptomatic performance of Shaoyin fever syndrome to improve clinical efficacy.4.Huanglian Ejiao Decoction did not show serious side effects during treatment,and is highly safe.
