| The research on human hip is more and more important as a result of the importance and vulnerability.Traditional methods is to physically operate on the corpse of human hip such as the study of the training of human hip surgery,the thigh prosthetic socket and auto crash on human hip and so on.Less training and research opportunities,high cost and cycle length caused by the limited number and the use of non-repeatability of corpses.With the rapid development of computer technology,virtual surgery system and finite element analysis came into being.The problems solved effectively by the establishment of human hip tissue finite element model and the use of computer simulation technology to its highly close to the real simulation analysis.The physiological anatomical structure and biomechanical properties of human hip tissue are complex and special.In this paper,CT images and MRI images were introduced into mimics to three-dimensional reconstruction the human hip tissues according to their physiological morphology.Then the model was optimized by Geomagic and finally assembled in UG to establish the geometric model of human hip tissue.Based on the human hip tissue geometric model,a finite element model of human hip tissue was established according to its biomechanical properties.The soft tissue was divided into skin,fat and four muscle groups according to their physiological anatomical structure and function.The skin finite element model,the fat finite element model and four muscle group finite element models were established instead of no soft tissue is regarded as muscle to build muscle finite element model of past.The finite element model of human hip tissue solved by DYNA to finish the simulation of three point bending according to the three point bending test of the thigh.The force displacement and force moment curves of the simulation results are compared with the experimental result,which verifies the validity of the established finite element model of human hip tissue.Finally,the finite element model of human hip tissue was established.Preferably,applied to elastic modulus of prosthetic silicone pad in the cavity in the analysis of the silica gel pad with different elastic modulus for the stump at the end of the stress effect,thus the optimum elastic modulus of silica gel pad;two,applied to the silk stockings on the lower limb of the human body comfortableness research,analysis of lower extremity in silk stockings on the distribution state and quantify the stress and strain value. |
