| Objective:To observe the effect of Zhenwu decoction and Jisheng Shenqi Pill on the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure with heart and kidney yang deficiency,so as to find a new breakthrough for the treatment of heart and kidney yang deficiency chronic heart failure with traditional Chinese medicine,and to further inherit and develop Chinese medicine.Methods:From January to September 2019,60 patients in the Department of Cardiology of the affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.Control group was given CHF basic treatment and western medicine standardized treatment plan,treatment group on this basis plus Zhenwu decoction and Jisheng Shenqi pills prescription of traditional Chinese medicine decoction treatment.The course was 12 weeks.The data NYHA cardiac function grade,NT-proBNP concentration,walking distance of six minutes,TCM syndrome score and quality of life questionnaire score of Minnesota heart failure were collected before and after treatment by R3.6.1 Statistical analysis by software.Results:1.Two groups collected 30 effective cases,no shedding during the trial.sex,age,and other observed indicators of patients between groups and groups before treatment showed no statistical difference(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.NYHA cardiac function grade:the effective rate of the treatment group and the control group after treatment was 86.67%and 60.00%,respectively.both groups had good effect in improving cardiac function in patients with heart failure,and the improvement degree of cardiac function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05).3.NT-proBNP:The NT-proBNP of the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly after treatment,and the NT-proBNP of the treatment group decreased better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Six minutes walking distance:the overall effective rate of the six-minute walking test in the control group and the treatment group after treatment was 73.33%and 90.00%,respectively,indicating that the two groups had a significant effect in prolonging the six-minute walking distance,and the six-minute walking increasing distance in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome score:after treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.Minnesota heart failure quality of life questionnaire score:compared with before treatment,the MLHFQ score of the two groups after treatment decreased and was statistically significant(P<0.01),while the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhenwu decoction and Jisheng Shenqi Pill can obviously improve the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure with heart and kidney yang deficiency,which is worthy of further study and clinical promotion. |
