Ethnic medicine is an important part of ethnic medicine culture.It is of great significance to carry out the research on the cognition,application and development of ethnic medicine for the better development and utilization of ethnic medicine resources and the inheritance of ethnic medicine culture.Phyllanthus embl ic L.is a plant of the genus Phyllanthus of the Euphorbiaceae.It is an ethnic medicinal herb with rich wild resources and dual use of medicine and food.It has the functions of clearing heat and cooling blood,digesting and invigorating the stomach,and relieving cough.This article takes the Ethnic medicine emblica as the research object.Investigating the relevant ethnic and folk materials of the cognition and application is in order to find effective ways for their development and utilization.(1)This article uses the literature survey method and the field survey method to explore the cognition and application of the emblica in Ethnic folks,and analyze the scientificity and rationality of emblica in folk applications.Taking Huajiang Town,Guanling County,Guizhou Province as the representative.The investigation was carried out from the distribution and habitat,cognition,edible and medicinal uses of emblica.The investigation results show that emblica is suitable for growing in high temperature and low humidity valley environment;There are differences in cognition and folk usage among different ages,occupations,levels and ethnic groups.Having four kinds of edible methods: curing,sugar making,soaking wine and eating directly.The folk medicine is mainly used to treat diseases such as hypertension,sore throat,cough,and hepatitis.(2)Analyze the scientific of emblica folk application by experimental exploration and literature analysis.The analysis results show that emblica is eaten lessdirectly because of its astringent taste;Simple processing is the main way of eating emblica,mainly including salt or sugar pickling and wine brewing.The sugar method has a good taste and no harm to human body;Food pickling is a common and simple method of preserving food,but there are certain risks.Nitrite is an important factor that induces cardiovascular and cancer;The way of brewing wine is more reasonable,because alcohol can effectively dissolve most of the nutrients.Modern science has confirmed that emblica contains various functional ingredients such as gallic acid,ellagic acid,quercetin,vitamin C,etc.These ingredients have anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,anti-oxidant,anti-viral,lower blood sugar and other effects,Therefore,emblica has a certain scientific basis in the prevention and treatment of diseases.(3)In this paper,the sugar fermentation method was used to study the brewing process of emblica semi-sweet fruit wine.After the process optimization,the better technological conditions were obtained: temperature 25 ℃,pectinase added slurry0.1%,25% sugar fermentation,fruit pulp ratio 1: 3,fermentation 20 days.The process has simple operation steps and low equipment requirements.The brewed emblica fruit wine meets the national fruit wine quality standards.It has the advantages of light yellow color,fragrant flavor,good taste,moderate sugar and alcohol.To sum up,this study passed a survey of emblica resources and knowledge and practice in ethnic groups,and enrich the relevant literature of emblica resources.The experimental results of the brewing process of emblica fruit wine provide a useful reference for the development of emblica resources.
