Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of external application of 595 nm PDL/1064 nm Nd:YAG laser compared with 2% carteolol hydrochloride eye drops in the treatment of low-and medium-risk superficial infantile hemangioma.Methods:Forward-looking selected quanzhou city maternal and child care, children’s hospital plastic surgery during August 2018 to September 2019 treated 100 cases of children with low Wei Jian phenotype hemangioma, according to the specific situation of the children, the clinician team discussion, combined with families will divided into group A and group B(n = 50,A group received 595 nm PDL / 1064 nm Nd: YAG laser treatment, group B received topical topical 2% pure hydrochloric acid bisoprolol eye drops of wet apply for card. The treatment period was determined according to the clinical curative effect, and the average follow-up was 6 months. The therapeutic effect, treatment period and complications of the two groups were compared. Results:The effective rate of group A was 84%.The effective rate of group B was 66%.The excellent and good rate of group A was 76%.The excellent and good rate of group B was 54%.The therapeutic effect of group A was better than that of group B,with statistical difference(effective rate P=0.038<0.05,excellent and good rate P=0.021<0.05);The average treatment period in group A(3.75 ±1.54 months)was shorter than that in group B(7.48 ±1.38 months),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000<0.05).There were no systemic adverse reactions in both groups, and there were fewer local adverse reactions in group B(10%)compared with group A(26%),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037<0.05).During the follow-up for 6months,most of the adverse reactions disappeared spontaneously.Conclusion:595nm PDL/1064 nm Nd:YAG laser and topical 2% carteolol hydrochloride eye drops are safe and effective in the treatment of medium-and low-risk superficial phenotypic infantile hemangioma.Compared with 2% carteolol hydrochloride eye drops,595 nm PDL/1064 nm Nd:YAG laser treatment of infantile hemangioma has higher efficiency and excellent and good rate, shorter treatment period, but will increase local adverse reactions;external use of 2% carteolol hydrochloride eye drops in the treatment of infantile hemangioma, although the effective rate and excellent and good rate is lower, the treatment period is longer, but the treatment process is more mild, local adverse reactions are less. Therefore,we suggest that if family members want to reduce adverse reactions and can accept longer treatment period, infants with stable local growth and flattened tumor can be treated with 2% carteolol hydrochloride eye drops;while family members want to improve the curative effect while shortening the treatment period as far as possible,595 nm PDL/1064 nm Nd:YAG laser treatment can be considered for infant hemangioma with rapid growth in the near future.
