| It is widely known that Chinese population is high and healthy undertakings started late.In lack of medical resources,doctors’ workload is heavy.In addition,artificial hip replacement surgery in China is in great demand.In order to reduce the operation time,doctors need to measure and match on the CT image through the plastic template of artificial hip that provided by the manufacturer before the operation.With the development of computer and medical image technology,computer-aided diagnosis algorithms based on medical image have become a hot research topic.In this paper,the computer-aided diagnosis algorithm is studied while artificial hip replacement is used as the entry point and medical CT image is taken as the research object.In this paper,the algorithm of medical image processing was researched and selected according to the characteristics of CT images.The boundary of the image was extracted by Canny operator,and the shape feature of the image was extracted by Hough transform algorithm.Secondly,the extraction method of hip CT neck dry angle based on Matlab was studied.The hip joint CT image was segmented by the improved watershed algorithm;the femoral neck and femoral shaft axis were extracted by Hough transform,and the angle between the two was calculated,which is the neck-shaft angle.The results show that the neck-shaft angle extracted by the algorithm gives the femur the best stress state.Then,the Python-based artificial hip joint replacement assisted diagnosis algorithm was studied.The image was binarized by Otsu method.Hough transform was used to extract the central coordinates of the femoral head and the central axis of the femur.The image registration and fusion were performed by image geometry.The hip joint model was printed by 3D printing technology,and the hip joint was simulated.The limit at the time of abduction does not dislocate the position and collect the angle.The results show that the range of motion of the hip joint is affected by the neck angle,but does not affect the angle of femoral abduction and adduction.Finally,according to the algorithm studied in the previous study,a set of artificial hip joint query and matching software flow is designed.The functions include querying similar cases and matching the appropriate femoral stem.The Harris score method was used to integrate similar cases as similar cases;the artificial hip joint matching algorithm was used to help doctors select the appropriate femoral stem in the artificial hip joint library before surgery.Real hip CT images were used in this paper.Experimental results show that the algorithm finally realized the extraction of the femoral neck-shaft angle and the registration function of the artificial hip joint.The algorithm can provide the doctor with a partial basis for selecting a suitable artificial hip joint before surgery,assisting the doctor’s diagnosis,thereby reducing the doctor’s workload and operation time,and reducing the patient’s pain. |
