| Objective To investigate the infiltration pattern and the prognostic value of the tumor-infiltrating immune cell in endometrial carcinoma.Methods Bioinformatics method was used to analyze the quantitative expression data of endometrial carcinoma samples in the TCGA database.For the obtained tissue samples,CIBERSORT software was used to calculate the distribution of 22 immune cells in each sample.Results A total of 20 cases were obtained from the TCGA database,552 cases of endometrial carcinoma were obtained by screening samples with P<0.05.CD8 + T cells,regulatory T cells,resting memory CD4 T cells,M0 macrophages and M2 macrophages are abundant in endometrial carcinoma.K-M survival analysis showed that the higher proportion of resting mast cells,activated natural killer cells,regulatory T cells was associated with better prognosis.The proportion of M2 macrophages and activated CD4 + memory T cells increased with the grade of endometrial carcinoma,while the proportion of resting dendritic cells,inactive CD4 +memory T cells and regulatory T cells decreased with the grade of endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion: there are various kinds of immune cells infiltrating in endometrial carcinoma,and infiltrative immune cells can be used as the factors influencing the immunotherapy of endometrial carcinoma. |
