| Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of patients with acute heart failure syndromes treated by ultrafiltration.Method : The databases retrieved manually include PubMed,China Biology Medicine(CBM),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese Sci-tech Journals Database,VIP database,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,Google Scholar,Baidu scholars(from the establishment of the database to April 2020)to collect patients with acute heart failure syndromes, the efficacy and safety of ultrafiltration treatment. The relevant data were extracted and statistically analyzed, and the extracted data were statistically analyzed using STATA software.Result:Finally,a total of 14 articles were included in this meta-analysis.The results of the meta-analysis showed that ultrafiltration could significantly reduce the all-cause rehospitalization rate of patients with acute heart failure syndromes, and the weight loss and body fluid clearance after ultrafiltration treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: Ultrafiltration therapy can reduce the risk of rehospitalization in patients with acute heart failure syndromes and improve the hyperemia symptoms, but it cannot prove the prognostic effect and safety of patients.More clinical studies are needed to confirm this conclusion. |
