Objective:To explore the correlation between prognosis inflammatory score(PIS)and some clinical indexes of ovarian cancer, and to provide reference for diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of ovarian cancer. Methods:This article selected 127 patients who were diagnosed as ovarian cancer by pathology after operation from November 2007 to November 2019 in Yanbian University Affiliated Hospital,132 patients with benign ovarian tumors, and 113 healthy people. The clinical and pathological data of the patients were collected, and the differences of PIS scores among the three groups were compared. To analyze the relationship between NLR,PIS,albumin and clinicopathological features in 127 patients with ovarian cancer. The diagnostic value of PIS score in ovarian cancer was analyzed by the area under ROC curve.Survival analysis was carried out by Kaplan Meier and Cox regression model.Cox proportional risk regression was carried out for factors with single factor analysis P<0.10 to screen independent factors affecting prognosis.Use the log-rank test to estimate the overall difference between the survival curves.Landmark analysis was performed when the survival curves crossed each other.Results:1.The patients with PIS score of 0 only appeared in the malignant tumor group, and the distribution of PIS score of 2 in the healthy group and benign tumor group was more than that in the malignant tumor group. It can be seen that the low PIS score was related to the degree of malignancy, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant2.NLR in patients without ascites was significantly lower than that in patients with ascites, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).The albumin value in patients without ascites was higher than that in patients with ascites, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The median and quartile of NLR in patients with advanced(stage iii-iv)were higher than those in patients with.early(stage i-ii),and the difference was statistically significant(P:=0.034).NLR and albumin were not statistically significant in age, histological type and degree of differentiation(P>0.05).3.The number of patients with PIS score of 2 in postoperative pathology Ⅰ-Ⅱ was higher than that in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ,and the number of patients with PIS score of 0 was lower than that in stageⅢ-Ⅳ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of patients with ascites whose PIS scores were 0 and 1 were higher than those without ascites, with statistically significant differences(P<0.01),while PIS scores showed no statistically significant differences in age, recurrence, histological type and degree of differentiation.4.PIS score was positively correlated with lymphocyte count and albumin(P<0.01),while PIS score was negatively correlated with leukocyte, neutrophil count, monocyte count and NLR(P<0.01).5.Compared with benign tumor,ROC curve was made for PIS score of malignant tumor. The results showed that AUC under the curve was 0.636,which was statistically significant(P<0.001),95%confidence interval was 0.575-0.695,sensitivity was 43.31,and specificity was 81.82.6.The 3-year survival rates of ovarian cancer patients with PIS scores of 0-1 and PIS scores of 2 were 80.9%and 76.4%,and the 10-year survival rates were 50.8%and 70.7%,the survival rate of ovarian cancer patients with PIS score of 0-1 and PIS score of 2 had no significant difference between 0-36 months.Between 36 months and 120 months, ovarian cancer patients with PIS scores of 0 to 1 had significantly lower survival rates than those with PIS scores of 2.Univariate analysis for 3-10 years survival of ovarian cancer patients included age,PIS score. And COX multivariate analysis.PIS score can be used as a risk factor for ovarian cancer survival.Conclusion:1.PIS score has certain predictive value for the diagnosis and prognosis of ovarian cancer patients after operation.2.PIS score was significant in the determination of clinical staging of ovarian cancer, and the later the staging was,the lower PIS score was.
