ObjectiveThe X-ray parameters of the lower lumbar foramina of normal Korean adults in yanbian were measured and compared to provide data related t o spinal endoscopic surgery through foramina approach for ethnic groups i n different regions.MethodsChoose accord with standard of measuring the lumbar spine X-ray of106 cases of Korean nationality normal adult positive side,54 cases of m en and women in 52 cases of the lumbar intervertebral foramen of height,width,height of intervertebral disc and articular process on the first positi on on the edge of the lumbar spine pedicle distance and articular process first a trailing edge distance parameters for measuring object,vertebral b odies on the computer measurement reading software for men and wome n under the lumbar intervertebral foramen parameter measurement parallel statistical analysis,and then compared with the results at home and abro ad.ResultsThe measured parameters were analyzed by SPSS 24.0,and the res ults were expressed as mean ± standard deviation(±S).The parameters of the lower lumbar spine from top to bottom were as follows: the height of the intervertebral foramen was 19.37±1.86 mm,16.69±1.88 mm,14.39±1.56 m m,width of the intervertebral foramen was 10.81±1.45 mm,11.10±0.99 mm,11.41±1.26 mm,the height of the intervertebral foramen was 10.33±1.36 mm,9.21±1.33 mm,7.80±1.32 mm,the distance between the upper articular process and the upper lumbar pedicle was 9.58±1.25 mm,8.42±1.47 mm,7.07±0.90 mm,The distance between the upper articular process and the upper pos terior edge of the vertebral body was 7.61±1.01 mm,7.83±0.94 mm,8.01±1.11 mm.The parameters of female lower lumbar spine from top to bottom wer e as follows: the height of intervertebral foramina was 18.78±1.84 mm,16.32±1.98 mm,14.13±1.45 mm,width of intervertebral foramina was 10.69±1.60 mm,10.95±1.03 mm,11.08±1.18 mm,the height of intervertebral foramina wa s 10.35±1.69 mm,8.88±1.21 mm,8.36±1.00 mm,the distance between upper articular process and upper lumbar pedicle lower margin was 9.16±1.29 m m,8.09±1.18 mm,6.98±0.98 mm,The distance between the upper articular pr ocess and the upper posterior edge of the vertebral body was 7.61±1.31 m m,7.80±1.02 mm,and 7.91±1.03 mm.ConclusionsThere was no significant difference in the morphology of the lower lu mbar foramina between male and female yanbian Korean adults,and ther e were differences between the measurement data of the lower lumbar for amina between yanbian Korean adults and domestic and foreign scholars.Preoperative design is necessary according to the morphological characteri stics of the lower lumbar foramina in different ethnic groups in different re gions of China.
