Clinical Study On The Combination Of Shoutai Pills And Modified Umbilical Therapy For The Treatment Of Febrile And Unstable Syndrome

Objective:Through the detection of the indicators of patients with fetal spleen deficiency syndrome and fetal dysfunction,the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with umbilical cord therapy for fetal dysphoria and uncomfortable sputum was studied,and the mechanism of acupoint sticking to improve fetal dysfunction was discussed.Improve the clinical thinking of TCM in order to better play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:In this study,60 patients with fetal dysphoria and non-satisfaction who met the criteria of diagnosis and syndrome differentiation were randomly divided into two groups according to the number of 1-60.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group.The control group was given Chinese medicine Shoutai Pills plus flavor+progesterone injection,and the observation group was added with traditional Chinese medicine umbilical therapy on the basis of this,14 days for 1 course of treatment.Serum progesterone(P),human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)and serum serotonin(5-HT)levels,Pittsburgh sleep quality index score,and kidney and spleen deficiency syndrome before and after treatment Timing scores and continued pregnancy rates were compared.Results:1.The total effective rate of TCM clinical syndrome is 86.67%,of which the cure rate is 50.00%,the apparent efficiency is 25.00%,and the effective rate is 11.67%.2.The effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,and the effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quantitative scores of syndromes of kidney and spleen deficiency syndrome in the observation group and the control group were compared(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.There were significant differences between the two groups in the quantitative scores of kidney and spleen deficiency syndrome before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum P and β-HCG levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment between serum β-HCG and pre-treatment β-HCG(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in serum P level(P>0.05).The serum 5-HT levels in the observation group were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in serum 5-HT levels between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the Pesberg sleep quality index score was decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of continued pregnancy between the two groups(P>0.05).The rate of continued pregnancy in the observation group was 86.67%,and that in the control group was 83.33%.Conclusion:Shoutai Pills plus flavor combined with umbilical therapy for the treatment of kidney and spleen deficiency syndrome,fetal dysphoria and incompetent patients have an effect,can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,can improve serum sex hormones and serum serotonin levels,and promote embryos to maintain good development.
