Clinical Observation Of Compound Phellodendron’s Liquid-coating Agent On The Healing Of Patients With Diabetes After Low-level Anorectal Fistula Surgery

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the use of compound phellodendron’s liquid-coating agent on the wound healing in patients after diabetic Low-level Anorectal Fistula Surgery treated.Methods:Fifty patients with diabetic low anal fistula who met the inclusion criteria were numbered according to the time of admission.They were divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,with 25 cases in each group.On the basis of routine postoperative treatment,starting from the second day after surgery,the patients in the treatment group and the control group were given the compound phellodendron’s liquid-coating agent and the New recovery liquid in the gauze to soak the wound until the patients discharged from hospital.According to the symptom score criteria,anal pain,Itchy wounds,wound bunion,and granulation growth,wound depth and would width,were scored on the seventh,fourteenth and twentieth-first days after soaking.use statistical analysis software to analyze the results.Results:Before treatment,the general data of the two groups were not significantly different and comparable by statistical analysis.(1)The degree of wound pain: 7,14 days after treatment,The treatment group is superior to the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after 21 days of treatment(P>0.05).(2)Wound exudation:There was no significant difference in the scores on the 7th day after treatment(P>0.05),but the scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group on the 14 th and 21 st day after treatment(P<0.05).(3)wound granulation growth:7 days after treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),but 14 and 21 days after treatment,the score of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).(4)wound inflammation:7 days and 21 days after treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),but 14 days after treatment,the scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the scores between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).(5)wound size:the treatment group was superior to the control group in the 21-day score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)comparison of the total curative effect after 21 days treatment:the total curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The compound phellodendron’s liquid-coating agent and rehabilitation new liquid wet compress can promote the wound healing of patients with diabetic low anal fistula after operation,but the compound phellodendron’s liquid-coating agent has better promoting effect in every link of healing process,can relieve the postoperative pain and reduce the exudate,and can reduce the wound healing of the patients with diabetic low anal fistula after operation.Eliminate inflammation,promote granulation growth,thus promote wound healing.
