Clinical Drug Analysis And Cellular Experimental Study Of The Smilax Glabra Roxb In The Treatment Of Breast Cancer

Objective: The regularity of drug use of breast cancer patients after operation and during radiotherapy and chemotherapy was analyzed systematically through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Supporting Platform System(TCMISS).The representative drugs were selected for in vitro experimental research in order to provide basic support for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)..Methods: The medical records of breast cancer patients during radiotherapy and chemotherapy were collected from October 2016 to June 2018.TCMISS analysis was used to summarize the law of drug use,and the characteristic drug Smilax glabra Roxb was selected for cell experimental study.The effects of Smilax glabra Roxb extract on the activity of breast cancer cells(MCF-7,SK-BR-3 and MDA-MB-468)were detected by CCK8.Results: A total of 127 prescriptions were analyzed,and the total number of uses was 2112 times.There are 9 kinds of core drugs.Among the intermediate frequency drugs,there are 9 kinds of main drugs and 10 kinds of compatible drugs.According to the classification of four qi and five flavors,warm drugs,sweet flavor drugs,spleen and lung meridian drugs are the most.The core drugs include Tonifying medicine,regulating qi medicine,diuresis and diuresis medicine,heat clearing medicine and dispelling wind and dampness medicine.Among the commonly used drugs,there are mainly 9 kinds of drugs,such as Tonifying medicine,clearing heat drugs and so on.The 50% inhibitory concentrations(IC50)of ethanol and water extract Smilax glabra Roxb(EESR and WESR)on MCF-7 cells at 24,48 and 72 hours were 4.379mg/ml,3.407mg/ml and 2.06mg/ml;3.83mg/ml,3.881mg/ml and 2.484mg/ml,respectively.The IC50 of SK-BR-3 cells were 4.673mg/ml,3.712mg/ml,2.513 mg /ml;7.766mg/ml,5.073mg/ml and 2.637mg/ml,respectively.The IC50 of MDA-MB-468 cells was 3.475mg/ml,2.163mg/ml and 1.563 mg / ml;3.656mg/ml,3.572mg/ml and 2.83mg/ml,respectively.Conclusion: The main pathogenesis of breast cancer patients during postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy is deficiency of both qi and yin,mainly tonifying qi and nourishing yin,paying attention to the same treatment of lung and spleen,taking into account catharsis;at the same time,it is compatible with Smilax glabra Roxb Fuzheng anti-cancer.Through the experiment in vitro,it was found that the extract of Smilax glabra Roxb had obvious toxic effect on breast cancer cells,and the toxic effect of EESR on tumor cells was greater than WESR..
