| Objective:To investigate the chemical consitituents of roots and aerial parts of Potentilla longifolia.Methods:The crude extraction was obtained by extracting from the roots of longifolia longifolia by water and extracting from aerial parts of Potentilla longifolia by the reflux 95%ethanol.The crude extraction was purified by a variety of separation purification methods(MAR,extraction,ODS,silica gel column,MPLC,HPLC,and Sephadex LH-20).And the structures of compounds were identified by various NMR means(1H-NMR,13C-NMR).Conclusion:13 compounds were isolated from in water and 95%ethanol extract from root and aerial parts of Potentilla longifolia.On the basic of spectroscopic analysis and physicochemical properies,their structures were identified as 3,7-diglucosyl-quercetin(1),rosamultin(2),bis(2-ethyl heptyl)-phythalate(3),bis(2-ethylhexyl)phtha late(4),tiliroside(5),5-methoxy-4-methyl-Resorcinol(6),astragaline(7),oleanolic acid(8),1-hydroxypinoresinol-1-β-D-glucoside(9),apigenin(10),1-(2,4-dihydroxy-6-methoxyphenyl)-3-methyl-l-butanone(11),isorhamnetin(12),isoquercetin(13).compound 3 was separated from the Rosaceae plant for the first time,compounds 1,2,4 and 7 were isolated from roots of Potentilla longifolia for the first time,compounds 11 and 12 were isolated from aerial parts of Potentilla longifolia for the first time... |
