OBJECTIVE:To investigate the Cell morphology under the light microscope,the differentiation potency in vitro and the role in RCCs immunodeficient mice tumorigenesis experiment of a group of cell featured with CD45~-CD34~+B7-H3~+.Methods:CD45~-CD34~+B7-H3~+/CD45~-CD34~+B7-H3~-cell subgroups were sorted out from the foreskin tissue by flow sorting technique.The purpose cells were obtained by the primary culture of cell and we observed the morphologyunder the light microscopeof the purposecells.The purpose cells were induced into differentiation by human BMSCs osteogenic induction mediumto investigate the in vitro differentiation ability of target cells.The A498 human renal cell carcinoma cell lines and target cells were grouped and injected in subcutaneous into Immunodeficient mice to observe the impact in tumorigenesis experiment of RCCs.Conclusion:CD45~-CD34~+cell line has similar appearance to mesenchymal stem cells and shows the ability of differentiation in vitro.CD45~-CD34~+B7-H3~+can promote the formation of renal cell carcinoma in immunodeficient mice,The results were of statistically significance.
