| Chinese medicine as a cultural treasure of our country,for the treatment of diseases in China has thousands of years of history,as one of the three pillars of Chinese medicine industry,Chinese medicine Pieces,at present,is facing a modern and international challenges,To enter the mainstream of the world medicine market,we must learn from and refer to other areas of mature technology and technology.Near-infrared spectroscopy has been successfully applied in the field of agricultural,food science and petrochemical process analysis.In this paper,near-infrared spectroscopy is used to explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine processing technology analysis,which has injected new vitality into the digitalization and scientificization of traditional medicine.The quality of Chinese herbal medicine directly determines the quality of proprietary Chinese medicines.For a long time,the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine has relied on empirical judgment and lacks a scientific method of instrumental analysis.It restricts the process of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.It is blurred with the technical standard of traditional Chinese medicine Pieces.In this paper,the rapid and non-destructive near-infrared spectroscopy technique was used to establish the calibration model by comparing the HPLC reference data of the traditional Chinese medicine with the near-infrared spectroscopy data in order to analyze the unknown samples Forecasting.In this paper,the quality of Tianma Pieces was determined by HPLC fingerprinting.First,the model of metamorphism of near infrared spectroscopy was established.Secondly,the key models of Chinese medicine were processed by the model.Point of the quality control and data analysis and mining,and then improve the relevant end of the judge,and finally,optimize the process of Chinese medicine Tianma processing parameters,the traditional Chinese medicine processing technology experience through the mathematical model,improve the quality of the existing Chinese medicine Tianma processing Control standards.The results show that the application of near infrared spectroscopy is a feasible method for the direct determination of active ingredient in the process of processing Chinese medicine Tianma,and has the characteristics of fast,real-time and process control.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The pattern of 15 common peaks of Tianma Pieces was established by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC).The similarity between the generated R and the precision,stability and reproducibility of the samples was0.985,the method was reliable and stable,which accorded with the technical requirements of fingerprints.Eighteen batches of extract samples were identified and the quality of the slices was evaluated by similarity analysis.(2)Screening of Gastrodia elata from different origins,different sources and processing methods was carried out.The samples were prepared by reasonable selection of spectral pretreatment and regression method.The samples were prepared from 15 batches of Tianma processing samples.The main components of Gastrodia elata were studied by near infrared spectroscopy Established a quality control model.The results showed that the physical and chemical indexes of the model were more suitable and suitable for the rapid determination of the sample quality of Tianma Pieces.The near infrared spectrum could reflect the spectral absorption characteristics of the main components of Tianma Pieces and the chemical composition The linear relationship between the properties.(3)Based on the established NIR model of quality control of Gastrodia elata,the model was validated and the methodological study was carried out.The correlation between the model predictive value and the reference value was used to analyze the stability,precision,The results show that the correlation between the predicted value and the reference value is good,the method is stable and reliable,and can be used for real-time monitoring of the samples of the process.(4)The quality control model of main components of Gastrodia elata,which was established by near-infrared spectroscopy,was used to optimize the processing technology of Gastrodia process by real-time analysis of the main components of the process.The results of comprehensive monitoring showed that the best processing technology of Gastrodia elata was 42 min at atmospheric pressure and 48 min at 50 ℃ for 48 min. |
