| Objectives Through the investigation of the blood pressure level and related factors in the population of Jinchang cohort,to investigate the distribution and progressive characteristics of blood pressure level(systolic and diastolic blood pressure)in the population.Furthermore,to explore the characteristics of the potential risk population of hypertension and complication. Thus,to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of hypertension and the key groups of people in Jinchuan Group workers’ hospitals and the corresponding community health service stations. Methods The data of baseline and follow-up data of Jinchang cohort were collected,and31732 workers were identified as the object of study. The observation method was used to determine the level of blood pressure and various types of hypertension in the occupational population.Disease and the status of the disease described.Logistic regression was used to investigate the risk factors of hypertension in normal high blood pressure and the relative risk of coronary heart disease and stroke in all types of blood pressure. And the distribution of the characteristics of demographic, physiological and biochemical indexes and history of hypertensive disease, which had high risk of hypertension but not known, was explored by multiple correspondence analysis. Results 1.The average systolic blood pressure / diastolic blood pressure of the population in Jinchang cohort was 123.68±19.82 mm Hg /78.95±12.45 mm Hg,and the blood pressure increased with age.The average systolic blood pressure in the <55 year-old group was higher than it in female, but the systolic blood pressure of female was increased rapidly and higher than it in men.2.The prevalence of ISH,IDH and SDH was 6.97%,6.32% and 11.46%respectively,and the prevalence of ISH and SDH was increased with age.3.The incidence of hypertension was 13.75% in the study population. The incidence of hypertension in normal high blood pressure was 22.71%,which was significantly higher than it in normal blood pressure 5.30%.4.The normal high blood pressure was predominant by type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ,with a cumulative composition ratio of 85.67%,and type Ⅲ normal high blood pressure was higher than that of type Ⅰ and type ⅠI.5.Age,BMI,alcohol,serum triglyceride, family history of hypertension is the risk factors for hypertension.Compared with normal blood pressure, normal high blood pressure in patients with coronary heart disease and stroke risk increased by 1.179 times and 1.141 times,And the risk of coronary heart disease and stroke increased by 2.979 and 4.452 times, respectively in hypertensive. The risk of coronary heart disease and stroke still increased after adjusting for age, sex, smoking, drinking,BMI and other factors.6.The awareness of hypertension was low in Jinchang cohort population. The Multiple Correspondence analysis showed that middle-aged men,middle-income earners and fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides in the normal range of people and not aware of high blood pressure has been closely related. Conclusion: 1.The blood pressure levels was increased with age in Jinchang cohort population, and the prevalence of hypertension in the medium level. The occupational of normal high blood pressure were higher, which should be used as a focus crowd in the primary prevention of hypertension.2.Male,age,drinking and overweight obesity is an important risk factor for the incidence of hypertension, family history of hypertension and dyslipidemia can also increase the risk of hypertension,so the above risk factor should be strengthened in hypertension intervention.3.The awareness of hypertension is low in Jinchang cohort population. The hypertension screening and health education should be strengthened among the hypertensive which was middle-aged men,middle-income and fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides in the normal range. |
