Objective:To investigate the relationship between autoantibodies and autoimmune liver disease(AILD).Method: 36 AILD patients were selected from the Digestive Departments in Shanghai First People’s Hospital and Yan Chai Hospital, and 37 healthy people were recruited as controls in the present study.Serum levels of anti-Ig E antibody 、 anti-FcεRI antibody 、FcεRI were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).General information was collected by taking the two groups of history.Statistic analyses were performed by SPSS 22.0.Result:The serum level of anti-Ig E antibody、FcεRI from AILD patients were significantly higher than that from the healthy control(P < 0.01).However,no correlation between the serum levels of the anti-FcεRI antibody and AILD were observed(P>0.05).The two autoantibodies and FcεRI showed no significant correlation(P >0.05)with age, gender, disease duration.By using the ROC curve, the cut-off value set to 1.629ug/ml,when using only anti-Ig E antibody to diagnose AILD,and in this case, indexes are :Se:80.6%,Sp:97.3%.Conclusion:Our findings indicate that anti-Ig E antibody 、 FcεRI are related to AILD,and anti-Ig E antibody can be used as one of indicators of diagnosis about autoimmune liver disease.
