To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Jointing Tripterygium Wilfordii To Treat Adult Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional chinese medicine jointing tripterygium wilfordii(TW)to treat adult Idiopathic membranous nephropa-thy(IMN),the goal is to provide more reference and evidence for the Traditional Chi-nese Medicine treatment of IMN for the future.Methods:1.Collectting patients of outpatient and ward patients seeking treatment in the traditional chinese medicine hospital of Hangzhou,between January 2012 toMarch 2015,a total of 75 people who were diagnosed as IMN By renal biopsy,adopting randomized controlled method to divide groups.The treatment group consists of 40 people,using traditional chinese medicine jointing tripterygium wilfordii to treat.The comparison group consists of 35 people,using prednisone(PED)jointing cyclophosphamide(CTX)to treat.2.Treatment group:Taking traditional chinese medicine for 3 months as a course of treatment,a total of four courses.Starting dosage of TW is 10mg,three times one day,the maximum dose not exceed 60mg/d;The comparison group:PED is gived according to 0.5-1mg/kg.d,the maximum dose not exceed 50mg/d,reducing the amount after 8-12 weeks.in an amount of CTX is 0.4g for the first time,since then in an amount of CTX is 0.6g every time,the total amount of 8-10g,treatment time of tow groups is one year.3.To observe change of TCM symptoms score、24h urinary protein、Serum albumin、Serum creatinine in the March、June、September、December,and Response rate of tow groups after one year.Results:Two treatment programs can significantly improve TCM symptoms score、24h urinary protein、Serum albumin、Serum creatinine of IMN patients(Compared with before treatment P<0.05),change of TCM symptoms score and 24h urinary protein in the treatment group is More than the comparison group in the March,June,September,but which have no difference in December.At the same time,serum albumin levels of treatment group is Less than the comparison group.The overall response rate between the two groups have no difference after one year.Two patients quit treatment from the comparison group,because of drug side effects,having no patients quiting from another treatment.Group.Conclusion:Two treatment methods can ease the symptoms of IMN and reduce proteinuria;improvement of symptoms and reducing of proteinuria in treatment group Occurs earlier than the comparison group,side effects of the former is Less than the latter,But the recovery of serum albumin treated worse than the comparison group.
