| Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of ALP,ALB and GGT combined indicators in liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B.Methods:Patients with chronic HBV(hepatitis B liver fibrosis)treated in the Department of infectious diseases of Chaohu Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from January 2018 to April 2021 were collected as the research objects, the morning fasting venous blood of 467 patients was taken for detection within 2 days before ultrasound-guided liver biopsy, part of the blood is placed in the anticoagulant tube to detect the whole blood and blood indexes. The degree of liver tissue damage was expressed by inflammatory grade and fibrosis stage.According to the consensus on diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of liver fibrosis, all patients were divided into S0~1group(no significant fibrosis group)and S2~4group(significant liver fibrosis group),and compared in terms of gender, age, alcohol consumption and various biochemical indexes such as ALP,ALB and GGT in venous blood, and analyzed the factors influencing the degree of liver tissue fibrosis by stepwise logistic regression and applied the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)and calculated the area under curve(AUC).The diagnostic model of ALP,ALB and GGT for the assessment of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B was established by analyzing the predictive value of biochemical indexes for significant liver fibrosis in chronic HBV patients. Results:The analysis obtained that ALP,ALT,AST,and GGT of chronic HBV patients with significant liver fibrosis were higher than those of chronic HBV patients without significant liver fibrosis, and ALB,PLT,and INR were lower than those of chronic HBV patients without significant liver fibrosis. The AUC of applying the combined diagnostic model of ALP,ALB and GGT to diagnose liver fibrosis in chronic HBV patients was 0.894,and its AUC was significantly higher than any of the individual indexes, and a combined diagnostic model of ALP,ALB and GGT was established to evaluate the degree of liver fibrosis in chronic HBV patients. Conclusion:The combined diagnostic model of ALP,ALB and GGT can evaluate the degree of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic HBV,and its evaluation efficiency is higher than previous models. |
