| 【Objective】Observe and analyze the preliminary clinical efficacy of the new type of sternoclavicular fixation system(NSFS)in the treatment of sternoclavicular joint dislocation or clavicle fracture.【Methods】Collect data on 13 patients who used the new sternoclavicular fixation system(NSFS)for surgical incision and reduction from September 2019 to January 2022 to fix and treat sternoclavicular joint dislocation or clavicle fracture(of which 8 cases were admitted to the Trauma Orthopedics Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University, and 5cases were admitted to hospitals in surrounding counties and cities in Dali area. The deputy Chief physician of the hospital performed the treatment)for retrospective analysis.Count the patient’s surgical time, intraoperative bleeding volume, incision healing, shoulder function recovery and the presence or absence of complications;follow up the patient regularly after the operation, using VAS score,Rockwood score,Constant-Murley shoulder function score and DASH score, and use SPSS 25.0 statistical software to analyze the results and evaluate the recovery of limb function on the affected side.【Results】In this study,NSFS was preliminarily clinically applied to fix 13 cases of sternoclavicular dislocation or fracture of the near end of the clavicle. The amount of bleeding during the operation was(91.54±16.25)ml(range of 50-150ml)and the surgical time was(74.62±29.33)min(range of 70-120min).All 13 patients were followed up,with an average follow-up time of 7.5 months(range of 4-15 months);compared with the patients’ preoperative and postoperative VAS scores and Rockwood scores, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at the last follow-up,the affected limb Rockwood score was(13.69±1.109)points,the Constant-Murley shoulder function score was(93±2.3)points,and the DASH score was(4.54±1.10)points;all patients suffered from side chest The clavicle joint is painful and the shoulder joint function is well restored.Among the 13 patients,1 case had NSFS decoupling 8 months after surgery, but the patient had no obvious discomfort, and imaging examinations showed that the fracture was healed;the remaining12 patients had no postoperative complications such as incision infection, loosening of internal fixation, and tardive vascular nerve injury.【Conclusion】NSFS is used to treat sternoclavicular dislocation or clavicle fracture. It has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy in terms of surgical trauma, reduction quality and recovery of shoulder joint function. Its safety, effectiveness and operability are initially credible, but in a small sample of 13 cases,1 case was decoupled, suggesting that there may be a higher risk of failure of internal fixation. |
