Over the past 40 years of Economic Reform and open up,the medical and health service system has been gradually optimized and improved,and the service capacity of public hospitals has improved rapidly.Especially in the last 10 years,with the deepening of the reform of the medical and health system,China’s public hospitals have come to an important historical period from "quantity accumulation" to "quality improvement",and the focus of health development has gradually shifted to quality and efficiency.Public hospitals are responsible for leading and driving high-quality medical resources,improving the quality and level of medical service supplies,enhancing the sense of happiness,security of masses.They should pay more attention to the development of medical and management technology,service ability and quality,and constantly improve the level of the development.In recent years,China’s economic development enters the new normal,and the operation of public hospitals is facing more and more difficulties.How to survive in the highly competitive medical market environment is the key point that every hospital has to think about.This forces hospitals to improve medical technology,optimize service processes and constantly strengthen their own strength.Under the integration of business and finance,hospital financial process optimization is a beneficial attempt for hospital finance to play a management role and help hospitals create value in the new era.At the same time,it is also an important step,which helps management empower development and finance move closer to business.This paper takes S hospital as the research object,takes the optimization of financial process as the starting point,takes the integration of business and finance and process reengineering as the theoretical basis,and analyzes and studies the current situation of integration of business and finance and the optimization of financial process through the design and application of questionnaires.By analyzing the results of the questionnaire,we summarized the main problems in the financial process of S hospital.On this basis,using the relevant theories of process reengineering and business-financial integration,aiming at improving work efficiency and service quality,from the four aspects of financial reporting,outpatient finance,inpatient finance and consumables finance process optimization,this paper expounds,analyzes and evaluates the traditional financial process,put forward targeted optimization countermeasures,and finally summarized the phased effects achieved.By studying the financial process of S hospital,it is found that the integration of business and finance is in its infancy in hospital management.The related work carried out by hospital finance based on the integration of business and finance lacks systematicness and pertinence,and there are some deficiencies in direction,content and efficiency.In view of this,in order to better change this situation,help and promote the financial creation of public hospitals,and better serve the medical and health cause,this article has made the following efforts and innovations.First of all,combined with the policy background of high-quality development of domestic hospitals,a relatively sufficient investigation and research on the current situation of S hospital’s business-financial integration and financial process is conducted,and its existing problems and improvement directions are summarized.Secondly,it proposes feasible measures and countermeasures for the existing problems and summarizes their application results,which provides support for the integrated management of hospital business and finance.Finally,according to the actual situation,the next steps ideas and suggestions are put forward,which can provide reliable reference for other hospitals of the same type.
