Objective:Ankylosing spondylitis is an autoinflammatory disease closely related to human leukocyte class I antigens.Innate immunity plays a very important role in the development of the disease.Innate lymphoid cells play an important role in the occurrence and development of skin mucosa, intestine, and attachment points. However, the relationship between the level of Innate lymphoid cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and the occurrence and activity of Ankylosing spondylitis has not been reported. Many, this study aims to help understand the relationship between the intrinsic lymphoid cell level and the occurrence, activity and clinical indicators of ankylosing spondylitis in patients with Ankylosing spondylitis, and to help understand the Innate lymphoid cells in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells and the ankylosing spine Yan relationship. Methods:In this study,60 patients with ankylosing spondylitis who were admitted to the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from November 2018 to December 2018 were selected, and they met the revised New York classification criteria of AS in 1984.Demographic characteristics, laboratory tests and other data were collected. The control group was 30 healthy volunteers from Physical Examination Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.Peripheral venous blood(4-6ml)was collected from all the above subjects, peripheral monocytes were extracted, and the proportion of ILC in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry, and correlation analysis was conducted. Results:Ankylosing spondylitis active group and healthy control group have differences in total ILC(p=0.036)and ILC1(p=0.048)cell ratio levels,AS disease group and healthy control group have differences in total ILC(p=0.009),ILC1(p=0.017),ILC2(p=0.016)cell ratio levels are different, the application of biological agents and peripheral blood mononuclear cells total ILC,ILC1,ILC3 are negatively correlated, and p<0.05,ILC3 and BMI There is a negative correlation,r=-0.282,p=0.029.Conclusion:The proportion of total ILC,ILC1,ILC2 cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells is a risk factor for ankylosing spondylitis. The level of ILC3 in peripheral blood is negatively correlated with obesity.Biologics treatment helps to control the level of ILCs.
