| Objective:Retrospectively analyze the myocardial protective effect of the emerging Del Nido Cardioplegia(DNC)and the traditional High-potassium blood Cardioplegia(HBC)in adult heart valve replacement surgery。To verify the safety and feasibility of DNC in adult single valve replacement surgery.Methods:Select 41 patients undergoing heart valve replacement surgery from October 2019 to December 2020 in the Department of Cardiac Surgery,shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University.Among them,26 patients before August 2020 were treated with traditional high-potassium blood cardioplegia(HBC group),and Del Nido cardioplegia was used after August 2020 for 15 patients(DNC group).At the same time,the basic information of patients before operation,relevant data from operation records and extracorporeal circulation records,postoperative treatment and complications,and related laboratory results during the perioperative period are collected.All data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results:There was no difference in mortality between the two groups.The use of DNC significantly shortened the aortic cross-clamp(ACC)time,cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)time,reduced the amount of cardioplegia perfusion and the number of perfusions,the difference was statistically significant.In the DNC group,fewer patients needed defibrillation after the aorta was opened,and the number of days of postoperative inotropic drug use,postoperative drainage,and postoperative blood transfusion were decreased.The release level of Cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnI)in the DNC group decreased,and the difference was statistically significant.DNC group did not increase liver and kidney damage after surgery.There was no difference in other data between the two groups of patients.Conclusion:Del Nido cardioplegia can provide good myocardial protection,and it has found obvious benefits in intraoperative and postoperative multivariate.At the same time,the use of DNC did not increase postoperative mortality,and did not find that it increased postoperative liver and kidney damage to important organs.Therefore,in adult single valve replacement surgery,the application of DNC is safe and feasible... |
