| Objective: This article uses three-dimensional reconstruction to explore the relationship between the bone structure of the shoulder joint between healthy people and patients with rotator cuff tendon injury and the long head of the biceps tendon(LHBT)injury.Materials and methods: To study the CT data of the shoulder joints of 72 patients with degenerative rotator cuff injury after arthroscopy and 24 healthy people.According to the diagnosis of arthroscopy, the collected data were divided into three groups: rotator cuff injury combined with LHBT injury group(group A),rotator cuff injury but no LHBT injury group(group B)and healthy group(group C).Use Mimics software to perform three-dimensional modeling of the scapula and humeral head, and evaluate the position of the humeral head, glenoid and coracoid process on the built model.Measure the distance of the humeral head upward movement, the position of the internodal groove, and the position of the coracoid process, and analyze and compare each group of parameters to clarify the relationship between the bone structure of the shoulder joint between healthy people and patients with rotator cuff tendon injury and LHBT injury. Results: In this study, there were 51 cases in group A: age(58.59±8.03)years old, humeral head moving distance(8.08±2.13)mm,internodal groove position(48.67±9.08)°,innermost point of coracoid process(21.88± 3.3)mm,the uppermost point(29.24±4.48)mm,and the lowermost point(19.24±4.65)mm;21 cases in group B: age(51.9±10.85)years old, humeral head moving distance(7.18±1.41)mm,knot The position of the internodal groove is(46.68±12.65)°,the innermost point of the coracoid process is(21.52±3.78)mm,the uppermost point(29.09±4.44)mm,and the lowermost point(18.85±5.13)mm;24 cases in group C: age(52.33±5.31)years old,the distance of the humeral head moved up(5.80±1.50)mm,the position of the internodal groove(52.39±10.95)°,the innermost point of the coracoid process(22.58±4.22)mm,the uppermost point(28.07±3.94))Mm,the lowest point(18.25±4.79)mm.The differences in age and humeral head movement distance of the three sets of data are statistically significant(P<0.05).After pairwise comparison,it can be seen that there are statistical differences between normal shoulder and rotator cuff injuries with LHBT injury, and rotator cuff injuries without LHBT injury(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in gender, injury location, internodal groove position, innermost point of coracoid process, uppermost point of coracoid process, and lowermost point of coracoid process among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions: 1.The upward movement distance of the humeral head is related to rotator cuff tendon injury combined with LHBT injury, the position of the internodal groove, the innermost point of the coracoid process, the uppermost point of the coracoid process, and the lowermost point of the coracoid process have nothing to do with LHBT injury.2.The patient’s age is correlated with rotator cuff tendon injury and LHBT injury. The older the patient is,the more likely it is to induce rotator cuff tendon injury and LHBT injury, but there is no obvious correlation with gender and injury site. |
