| The information asymmetry and particularity of the medical and health industry lead to a series of persistent diseases in the medical market,such as excessive medical treatment.With the development of China’s social credit system,credit supervision has become the direction of the government’s innovative supervision means.Compared with legal means,credit mechanism is a kind of supervision mode with lower cost,stronger flexibility and higher compliance.The function of credit mechanism needs the joint efforts of government,market,industry and society.The government undertakes the functions of system sup ply,public service guarantee,disciplinary supervision,legislation and cultivation of social credit consciousness.It not only standardizes all links of credit supervision and the authority of each subject,but also protects public rights and interests,and promotes the healthy development of the industry.Through the study of domestic and foreign credit supervision related literature and the actual situation of private hospital credit supervision pilot in Longmatan District of Luzhou,combined with field research and interviews,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the credit supervision pilot in Longmatan District,such as the discomfort of credit evaluation carried out by the government,the imperfection of credit information open sharing mechanism,the single means of credit evaluation results,etc In addition,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects: the government should establish information disclosure and sharing mechanism,improve the legal protection of credit supervision,establish credit reward and punishment mechanism,guide the development of credit industry and improve the credit repair mechanism. |
