| Objective:To research the risk factors of in-stent restenosis(ISR)of the middle cerebral artery for guiding clinical decision-making and reducing the occurrence of in-stent restenosis. Methods:From September 2015 to October 2019,116 patients diagnosed with atherosclerotic middle cerebral artery stenosis in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College and underwent middle cerebral artery stenting were selected. The median follow-up time was 1 year.According to digital subtraction angiography or computed tomography angiography to evaluate the occurrence rate of postoperative restenosis, they were divided into restenosis group and no restenosis group.Research of patients Medical history;LMA classification of preoperative stenotic vessels;calculation of restenosis in the stent, etc.,and conduct single factor analysis and multifactorial Logistic regression analysis of statistical data.Results:1.Univariate analysis showed that smoking history, type 2 diabetes, postoperative residual stenosis, degree of vascular stenosis and morphological and path classification of LMA classification were statistically significant(P<0.05);gender,age,Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, hypertension, postoperative residual stenosis, hyperlipidemia, transient ischemic attack, stent type, preoperative arterial stenosis degree and Location classification of LMA classification were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Multifactorial Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, transient ischemic attack and postoperative residual stenosis(P<0.05)were statistically significant. Conclusion:Smoking history, type 2 diabetes, postoperative residual stenosis, degree of vascular stenosis and morphological and pathological classification of LMA classification are Influencing factors for middle cerebral artery ISR.Multifactorial Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, transient ischemic attack and postoperative residual stenosis are predictors of middle cerebral artery ISR. |
