Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To investigate the effects of Sevoflurane preconditioning with different concentrations on plasma adiponectin levels of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury of mice. Methods:One hundred and twenty C57 mice were randomly selected and divided into five groups: control group,1% Sevoflurane preconditioning group(S1),2% Sevoflurane preconditioning group(S2),3% Sevoflurane preconditioning group(S3),4% Sevoflurane preconditioning group(S4).Different concentrations of Sevoflurane were used to treat each group of mice, then established MI/R models.Elisa kit was used to measure the plasma adiponectin concentration at 0h,6h,12h and 24h after operation. Results:Compared with the control group, the plasma adiponectin levels in S1,S2 and S3 groups were significantly increased, while the plasma adiponectin level in S4 group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-concentration Sevoflurane preconditioning(1%-3%) can increase the plasma adiponectin concentration after myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in mice.However,high-concentration Sevoflurane preconditioning(4%) can decrease the plasma adiponectin level.
