Objective: to detect the expression of M2 macrophages in renal clear cell carcinoma and compare the differences between M2 macrophages and adjacent and normal tissues,and to explore the relationship between M2 macrophages and MVD in the pathogenesis of renal cancer.Methods: the study was divided into two parts: the first part: 81 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma were selected from our urology from june2019 to September 2020.81 cases of renal transparent cell carcinoma were collected by the consent of ethics committee of our hospital.The number of M2 macrophages in renal cancer tissues,adjacent tissues and normal tissues was labeled with CD163.The number of M2 macrophages was detected by immunohistochemistry and CD34 The microvascular density(MVD)in renal cancer tissue was calculated by weidener microvascular counting method.Part two: Based on the previous experimental results,SPSS 26.0 was used,and the data were mean ±standard deviation(x ± s)The relationship between M2 macrophages and MVD in renal cancer tissues was analyzed.The role of M2 macrophages in the development mechanism of renal cancer was analyzed in combination with the gender,age,tumor diameter and pathological grade of renal cancer.Results: 57 cases(70.3%)were male,24 females(29.6%),age range was 38-77 years,average age was 49 ± 15.12 years old,49 patients(60.0%)were treated with radical nephrectomy,32(40.0%)were treated with partial nephrectomy,43(53.1%)were tumors on the left side and 38 cases(46.9%)were located in the right kidney.2.the pathological characteristics of renal clear cell carcinoma specimens were 1.5-13 cm in diameter,and the average diameter was 4.0 soil 1.93 cm.In 21 cases(25.9%)of ischemic necrosis,M2 macrophages(dark yellow granules in cell membrane and cytoplasm)were found in 21 cases of ischemic necrosis(25.9%),22 of them were not found in normal tissues,among which M2 macrophages were(59.0 ± 17.8),adjacent tissues(29.4 ± 16.9),normal tissues(7.1 ±6.3),MVD was 57.3 ± 16.3 in tumor cells,and 57.3 ± 16.3 in tumor cells,and adjacent to cancer The results showed that the patients were 49.1 ± 19.2,37.8 ± 16.1in normal tissue,and 1 case(1.2)in who/isup(International Society Urban topology ISUP)classification %The results showed that the correlation between M 2megaphagocytes and MVD in renal cancer tissues was 0.718,P < 0.05,and the correlation between M2 megaphagocytes and MVD in renal cancer tissues(cd163+)was 0.718,P < 0.01.Conclusion: 1.The expression of CD163 and CD34 in renal cancer tissues and adjacent tissues was not related to the gender and age of the patients;2.The M2 macrophages in renal cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in the adjacent tissues and the normal tissues(P < 0.05);3.The expression of M2 macrophages in renal cancer microenvironment was positively correlated with MVD(r = 0.718),4.M2 macrophages accelerate the growth and invasion of renal cancer by increasing MVD;5.The microenvironment of renal cancer(M2)macrophages increase who/isup stage by increasing MVD...
