Research On The Realization Path Of Sports Medicine Integration In The Construction Of Healthy Community In Dalian

In August 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Conference on health and health that "without universal health,there will be no overall well-off society.We should put people’s health in a strategic position of priority development,set up the concept of"great health "and promote the deep integration of national fitness and national health.In October of the same year,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council promulgated the "healthy China 2030" planning outline,which promoted "healthy China" as a national strategy for the first time.In the outline,it is clearly proposed to carry out the nationwide fitness campaign,strengthen the integration of sports and medicine and non-medical health intervention,and promote the formation of disease management and health service mode of combination of sports and medicine.We should play a positive role in health promotion,chronic disease prevention and rehabilitation.In this context,the integration of sports and medicine has become an important content and necessary measure in the construction of healthy China.As a famous sports city,Dalian has many titles such as "walking city","track and field town","football city"and "swimming town".Good mass sports foundation makes Dalian have certain advantages in the development of community sports medical integration,but there are also many problems in the process of grassroots practice.This study mainly uses the methods of literature review,field survey,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to investigate the development status of sports and medical health and the integration of sports and medicine in the community construction of four districts in Dalian City(Zhongshan District,Ganjingzi District,Xigang District and Shahekou District).After sorting out and analyzing the data,it is found that: in terms of the development of community sports,the construction of community sports infrastructure in Dalian is difficult to meet the needs of residents,the sources of funds are few,the community sports activities and physical monitoring are not ideal,and the community is lack of fitness guidance for residents;in terms of the development of community health,the community health in Dalian is relatively poor The basic status of the service center and all kinds of business development are not very ideal,and the health publicity for community residents is not in place;in the aspect of community sports and medical integration,Dalian Residents’ cognition of "sports and medical integration" is not enough,community doctors lack the ability to issue exercise prescriptions,and the management department of community "sports and medical integration" is not clear enough.Therefore,the research shows that the community in Dalian is faced with many difficulties,such as the imperfect laws and policies,the shortage of sports and medical talents,the lack of unified management organization among sports and medical departments,the lack of capital investment,the lack of infrastructure,and the weak idea of community residents.Fully combined with the actual situation of Dalian,in view of the problems existing in the development of community sports and medical integration in Dalian,this study puts forward the corresponding realization path: perfect the design,the government issued the relevant laws and policies on "sports and medical integration" to provide support and guarantee;pay attention to education,cultivate "sports and medical integration" compound talents,improve the professional level of community service personnel;break down barriers,strengthen the construction of community service The cooperation between the community sports department and the medical and health department should make clear their respective responsibilities;expand the source of funds to ensure that the community carries out the "sports and medical integration" capital investment and facilities;increase the publicity and education of the "sports and medical integration" in the community to help the community residents establish the "big health" ideology;scientific and technological innovation,the use of information technology to build the community "sports and medical integration" wisdom Service platform;integrate resources to build a new development mode of "sports and medical integration" of "community sports and health guidance center" in Dalian.
