| Objective:To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of autologous microfat transplantation combined with VSD in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds.Methods:A total of 30 patients with chronic refractory wounds hospitalized in our department from October 2018 to March 2020 were included in this study.Thirty patients were randomly assigned to group A and group B,with 15 patients in each group.patients in group A were treated with VSD,and patients in group B were treated with microne fat combined with negative pressure closure drainage(VSD).Wound healing was observed by photography and the wound healing rate at each time point in each group was calculated.Histological and clinical data of HE staining,Masson staining and CD31 staining of wound tissue of all patients were collected before and 7 and 14 days after treatment.Results: Compared with the treatment of wound with VSD alone,the wound healing rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A at 7 and 14 days,indicating that the combination of particle fat and VSD has a better healing effect on chronic wounds;HE staining results show that,After treatment in group B,the number of inflammatory cells on the wound surface was significantly reduced,the degree of epithelialization was significantly increased,and the granulation tissue structure was tight;Masson staining showed that after treatment in group B,the proliferation of collagen fibers on the wound surface was more obvious,the collagen staining was more ruddy,and the arrangement was more orderly;the immune group The results of chemical staining showed that the number of blood vessels proliferating on the wound surface after treatment in group B increased more obviously,and the official cavity of new blood vessels was more mature.Compared with group A,the wound healing time and hospitalization time of group B patients were significantly shortened,and the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).Conclusion:The study found that the particles fat joint vacuum sealing drainage(VSD),compared with the simple application of VSD,the former can significantly reduce wound inflammation,promote collagen fiber hyperplasia and increase the blood vessels of the wound of the generated more apparent,fat particles combined vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)can promote the healing of chronic wounds. |
