Study On The Herbal Nouns In Dian Nan Ben Cao

The study of herbal nouns in traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of the study of nouns in traditional linguistics.This paper takes the herbal nouns in the herbology book Dian Nan Ben Cao compiled by the famous scholar Lan Mao in Ming Dynasty as the research object,this paper analyzes and discusses the herbal nouns situation,the naming motivations,the relationship between names and entities,the cultural connotation.This paper is mainly composed of the following six parts:The introduction mainly introduces the general situation of Dian Nan Ben Cao,the purpose and significance of this paper,the research status,research content,research methods and innovation.The first chapter summarizes the herbal nouns in Dian Nan Ben Cao.First of all,the definition of "nouns" and the selection range of herbal nouns.Secondly,this paper makes exhaustive statistics on the names and words of herbal nouns collected in Dian Nan Ben Cao and classifies them.The second chapter studies the naming motivations of herbal nouns in Dian Nan Ben Cao.In this chapter,ten types of naming motivations are summarized,including the aspects of shape,pattern and color,function,smell,taste,time and space,characteristics,medicinal parts,allusions,synthesis,and summarizes the naming characteristics of herbal nouns.The third chapter studies the relationship between names and entities of herbal nouns in Dian Nan Ben Cao.This chapter is to explain the relationship between "name" and "entity",and analyze the causes of the phenomenon of "synonym" and "homonym".The fourth chapter studies the cultural connotation of herbal nouns in Dian Nan Ben Cao.This paper mainly includes two contents: First,analysis of herbal nouns and social production and social life.Second,analysis of herbal nouns and social production and social life.From these two aspects,this paper summarizes the important cultural connotation of herbal nouns.The conclusion is a brief summary of the previous discussion.
