| Objective :Early enteral nutrition with glutamine in rat,the therapeutic effect of glutamine on heat stroke was evaluated by observing the time of formation of membrane and the changes of clinical indexes after formation of membrane in rats.Methods :25WISTAR male rats weighing 305±16g were randomly divided into three groups after proper feeding.Glutamine supplementation heat exposure HGS group n=10,heat exposure HNS group n=10,control CNS group n=5;HNS group and CNS group were given standardized rat food and supplemented water as needed;In HGS group,400mg/kg*d of glutamine powder was given 7 days before heat exposure,and the rest of the feeding conditions were basically the same.The core body temperature of HGS group was monitored by exposure to 42 C and 60% humidity environment warehouse for 80 minutes on the same day.Serum samples were collected 180 minutes later to detect the results of blood routine,liver enzymes,Scr,DAO,CK,IL-6,IL-10,PT,APTT in rats.The small intestine row was stained with HE to observe its pathological structure changes.Results :80 minutes after thermal exposure,the core body temperatures of the HNS group,CNS group and HGS group show a statistic difference(P < 0.016).And they show a significant statistic difference between each other(P < 0.016).Among the biochemical indexes,the total sample numbers of aspartates and glutamic-pyruvic transaminases show a statistic difference(P <0.016),and when we compare CNS group and HNS group,all the liver enzymes indexes show a statistic difference.The glutamic-pyruvic transaminases show a statistic difference between CNS group and HGS group(P<0.016),the other liver enzymes have no statistic difference in comparison between any two groups.Creatinines and creatine kinases show no significant difference in the overall sample(P > 0.05).The serum diamine oxidase index increased obviously in HGS group and HNS group,and shows a statistic difference in comparison between the two groups(P < 0.016).The IL6 and IL10 indexes increased obviously after the thermal exposure of the rats,and the comparison between treatment group and disease group shows no statistic difference(P < 0.016).When talking about the blood clotting times,the changes of PT have little differences and they only show statistic difference in comparison of CNS group and HNS group(P< 0.016).All the changing values of APTT in comparison between any two groups in the three groups have a statistic difference(P < 0.016).HE stain:The structure of the intestinal mucosal barrier of HGS group is more stable than in HNS group after thermal exposure.Conclusion :The early gavage of glutamines has a certain function of preventing the occurrence of heat stroke and improving endurance of thermal exposure.The indexes of the blood routines,liver enzymes,immune factors,coagulation functions and intestinal barriers will increase after thermal exposure.The glutamine pretreatment can decrease the above-mentioned indexes and stabilize the structure of the intestinal mucosal barrier.We have not observed the early renal impairment and elevated creatine kinase in heat stroke in this research. |
