| Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic choledochectomy combined with choledochoscope stone removal+primary suturing of the common bile duct in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stones with jaundice. Methods:Through retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 179 cases of extrahepatic bile duct stones with varying degrees of jaundice admitted to the Zigong First People’s Hospital from April 2018 to March 2021 underwent double mirror combined stone removal+primary bile duct suture.Observe and analyze the clinical data of the non-jaundice group A(93 cases)and the jaundice group(86 cases)of the B group.Compare the operation time, hospitalization time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time, postoperative Complications(postoperative bile leakage, bile duct stenosis). Results:Both groups underwent laparoscopic choledochectomy combined with choledochoscopy stone removal+primary suture of the common bile duct.Operation time, intraoperative blood loss, gastrointestinal function recovery time, hospital stay, postoperative complications(postoperative bile leakage, bile duct stenosis))The differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Bile leaks were found in both groups, but they were discharged from the hospital with continuous drainage through the abdominal drainage tube. There was no conversion to laparotomy,no reoperation and perioperative death in both groups. Conclusion:Both groups underwent laparoscopic choledochectomy combined with choledochoscopy stone removal+primary suture of the common bile duct.Operation time, intraoperative blood loss, gastrointestinal function recovery time, hospital stay, postoperative complications(postoperative bile leakage, bile duct stenosis))The differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Bile leaks were found in both groups, but they were discharged from the hospital with continuous drainage through the abdominal drainage tube. There was no conversion to laparotomy,no reoperation and perioperative death in both groups. |
