Clinical Observation Of Taohong Siwu Decoction In Treating Symptoms Of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis After PLIF Operation

Objective: By comparing the clinical efficacy of Taohong Siwu Decoction in treating low back pain symptoms of patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis(LS)undergoing posterior interbody fusion(PLIF)with the control group taking Celecoxib Capsule,this paper discusses the efficacy and mechanism of Taohong Siwu Decoction in treating low back pain symptoms of LS patients after PLIF,and provides new ideas for traditional Chinese medicine in treating low back pain symptoms after PLIF.Methods: All the cases collected in this study were from 60 patients who underwent posterior interbody fusion(PLIF)for lumbar spondylolisthesis from January 2020 to January 2021 in the Department of Spinal Surgery,Ruikang Hospital,guangxi university of chinese medicine.Sixty cases were screened strictly according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by SPSS25.0 statistical software.Patients in both groups received routine treatment after operation.Experimental group: Taohong Siwu Decoction was given on the first day after PLIF operation,one dose per day,200 ml in water,100 ml each time,once in the morning and evening,and the medicine was taken continuously for 2 weeks;Control group: Celecoxib capsule was given orally on the first day after PLIF operation,once a day,once a day,with warm water for 2 weeks.The two groups were followed up on the first day,the third day,the first week and the second week after the operation,and observed at four time points respectively,recording the observation indexes such as VAS score,JOA score and TCM syndrome symptom score.All the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0,and the postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared,and the drugs used in the two groups were evaluated.Results:1.The indexes of gender,age,course of disease,slippage segment,slippage type and slippage graduation of the two groups were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0 analysis software,and the above baseline data was P >0.05,with no statistical significance,no statistical difference and comparability.2.VAS score: T test of two independent samples was used for comparison between the two groups: P > 0.05 in the first day after operation,but P < 0.05 in the third,seventh and fourteenth days after operation,which was statistically significant,and the mean and standard deviation of the experimental group were smaller than those of the control group.One-factor repeated measurement analysis of variance was used for comparison within the group,and pairwise comparison was made on the 1st,3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant,and the mean and standard deviation of the two groups gradually decreased.3.JOA score: T test of two independent samples was used for comparison between the two groups: P > 0.05 in the first day after operation,but P < 0.05 in the third,seventh and fourteenth days after operation,which was statistically significant,and the mean and standard deviation of the experimental group were larger than those of the control group.One-factor repeated measurement analysis of variance was used for comparison within the group,and pairwise comparison was made on the 1st,3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant,and the mean and standard deviation of the two groups gradually increased.4.TCM syndrome symptom score: T test of two independent samples was used for comparison between the two groups: P > 0.05 in the first day after operation,but P < 0.05 in the third,seventh and fourteenth days after operation,which was statistically significant,and the mean and standard deviation of the experimental group were smaller than those of the control group.One-factor repeated measurement analysis of variance was used for comparison within the group,and pairwise comparison was made on the 1st,3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant,and the mean and standard deviation of the two groups gradually decreased.Conclusion: Taohong Siwu Decoction and Celecoxib Capsule can improve the symptoms and signs of low back pain after PLIF,and Taohong Siwu Decoction has better effect on improving the symptoms and signs of low back pain after PLIF than Celecoxib Capsule.
