Objective:Objective to analyze the clinical data of patients with organizing pneumonia(OP)and summarize the clinical manifestations, imaging changes, treatment and outcome of OP patients,so as to enhance clinicians’ understanding of the disease and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment. At the same time, improve the comprehensive management strategy of the disease. Methods: From January 2014 to October 2020,76 cases of OP diagnosed by pathology in yijishan hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among the 76 cases, there were 52 males and 24 females, with an average age of 63 years(range,16-83 years). The main clinical manifestations were dry cough, dyspnea, chest pain and other respiratory symptoms, accompanied by night sweats, fever, fatigue and other systemic symptoms. The main chest CT manifestations were:single mass(23 cases, accounting for 30.26%),multiple patchy(31 cases, accounting for 40.79%),nodules(14 cases, accounting for 18.42%),and other rare manifestations(8 cases, accounting for 10.53%).There was no obvious specificity in laboratory examination. In some patients, peripheral blood leukocyte count increased, eosinophils also increased slightly, and ESR increased rapidly in most patients.Pulmonary function tests often indicate restrictive ventilation function, diffusion dysfunction and hypoxemia. The pathological features were granulation tissue formation in distal bronchioles and alveoli, infiltration of interstitial plasma cells and lymphocytes, widening of alveolar septum.Among the confirmed patients,37 cases received hormone therapy,of which 21 cases got better after treatment, and 4 cases relapsed again after treatment.Conclusion:1.The common clinical manifestations of organizing pneumonia are dry cough, dyspnea, fever and fatigue.A small number of patients have chest pain, hemoptysis, weight loss and night sweats.2.The imaging manifestations are multiple patchy, single mass, nodule and other rare manifestations.3.Clinically,the diagnosis of OP depends on pathology. When the diagnosis of OP is confirmed by pathology,we should pay attention to the possible primary diseases.4.The main treatment of OP is the use of glucocorticoid, most patients have a good prognosis,a small number of patients have poor prognosis or relapse, and the recurrence of patients undergoing surgical resection is rare.
