Objective:To explore the risk factors associated with postoperative respiratory complication(PORC)in patients with pulmonary echinococcosis. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the newly-acquired hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital from September2007 to September 2017 in the Department of Thoracic Surgery for surgical treatment of patients with pulmonary hydatid disease, screening 237 patients who met the inclusion criteria, and statistical data and PORC for patients with pulmonary hydatid disease The occurrence, combined with literature reports and clinical practice, included 11 factors that may affect the PORC of pulmonary hydatidosis, using SPSS 20.0 statistical software, single factor analysis using chi-square test, multivariate analysis using two-category logistic regression statistics Methods To analyze the risk factors of PORC in pulmonary hydatid disease. Results:Among the 237 patients collected,PORC(12.65%)occurred in30 cases after operation. The most common PORC was pulmonary infection in 15 cases(6.32%),pleural effusion in 5 cases(2.10%),and postoperative pulmonary continuous lung leak.(prolonged air leak,PLA)4 cases(1.68%),3 cases of atelectasis(1.26%)and bronchus pleural fistular(BPR)in 3 cases(1.26%).The relevant factors included age, gender, cough, sputum, hemoptysis, fever, chest pain, cystic capsular sac, preoperative cyst rupture, giant pulmonary hydatid cyst, surgical approach, etc.Analysis showed: single factor Chi-square analysis suggested that preoperative cyst rupture, cough worm cyst, giant lung hydatid cyst and cough sputum were associated with pulmonary echinococcosis PORC(p<0.05);multivariate logistic analysis suggested preoperative cyst rupture and cough Intracapsular capsular is associated with pulmonary echinococcosis PORC(p<0.05).Conclusion: In Preoperative cyst rupture, cough worm cyst, giant lung hydatid cyst and cough and sputum are risk factors for pulmonary echinococcosis in patients with pulmonary echinococcosis.Patients with pulmonary echinococcosis should be diagnosed early, treated early, reduced The above risk factors occur to reduce the occurrence of PORC.
