| Objective:In recent years,the incidence of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is gradually increasing and accompanied by a trend of getting younger.The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical efficacy of stereotactic puncture and drainage surgery and internal medicine conservative treatment,so as to select a more reasonable treatment plan for patients with a moderate amount of hemorrhage.Methods:From October 2017 to July 2019,62 patients with 20 to 30 ml supratentorial hemorrhage in the first affiliated hospital of northern hebei university were selected,and the patients were divided into puncture group(32 cases)and conservative group(32 case)according to the treatment.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome,pulmonary infection complications,length of stay,cost of stay,Glasgow outcome score(GOS)for 14 days,and daily living ability scale(ADL)for 3 months.Results:1.The average length of stay and the cost of stay in the stereotactic puncture treatment group were lower than that in the conservative treatment group.2.The hematoma clearance time in stereotactic puncture group was shorter than in internal medicine conservation treatment group.3.The Glasgow outcome score(GOS)of the stereotactic puncture group at 14 days after admission was better than that of the conservative treatment group.4.The incidence of complications of pulmonary infection during hospitalization in the stereotactic domestic acupuncture group was higher than that of endogenic treatment.5.The stereotactic puncture group recovered better after 3 months than the conservative treatment group.Conclusion:This topic research conclusions in the treatment of patients with a small amount of bleeding in the brain in the process of stereotactic puncture drainage to remove the hematoma in the internal medicine conservative treatment group,the recovery of nerve function defect,as far as possible in the near future has obvious curative effect,improve the patient places the quality of life,one can effectively shorten the hospitalization expenses and hospitalization duration,of the whole process of treatment for patients with bleeding in the middle and equal area.Treatment,provides a new therapeutic thinking. |
