| Cinnamaldehyde has the function of sterilization,anti-inflammatory,strengthen gastrointestinal movement and it can also be used to feed to prevent mildew.The effects of cinnamaldehyde on non-specific immunity and intestinal structure were studied by using cinnamaldehyde feeding and soak Cynoglossus semilaevis.The main contents are as follows:1.C innamaldehyde was added to the feed according to 0,10,100,1000,2000,4000mg/kg,sampling after fed with C.semilaevis 10,20,30 d,and determining physiological and biochemical,antioxidant index.The results showed that feeding cinnamaldehyde significantly increased the ratio of albumin to globulin(A/G)and the number of N BT positive cells(P<0.05).Medium and low dose(10,100 mg/kg)fed 20 d can significantly increase the activity of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),increase the content of lysozyme and reduce the content of malondialdehyde(MDA).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)was significantly increased by feeding medium dose cinnamaldehyde(100,1000 mg/kg)for 30 d,but the effect of feeding cinnamaldehyde on other antioxidant indexes was generally unfavorable.In addition,excessive dose(4000 mg/kg)could significantly reduce the content of lysozyme in hepatopancreas(P<0.05).2.C.semilaevis was selected about 47.23±8.06 g,and injected 200μL of inactivated Edwardsiella(5×10~8 cfu/m L)intraperitoneally.The expression of related genes was measured at 2 h,6 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after soaking with liposome-encapsulated cinnamaldehyde(LEC)and blank liposomes(LE).The results showed that cinnamaldehyde could promote the expression of myeloid differentiation primary response 88(My D88)and lysozyme(LYZ).The expression of toll like receptor 7(TLR7),tumor necrosis factor(TNF),interleukin-8-like(IL-8),complement C3 and complement C5 were inhibited by cinnamaldehyde.The effect of cinnamaldehyde on nuclear factor kappa B subunit 1(NF-κB1)and interleukin-1 beta-like(IL-1β)were not obvious.3.After feeding 30 days,observe the intestinal structure.The results showed that the microvilli height,the depth of crypt and the thickness of intestinal wall were decreased from the foregut to the hindgut.The effect of cinnamaldehyde on the structure of midgut of C.semilaevis was significantly increased,which significantly increased the ratio of midgut villus height to crypt depth(P<0.05),and had no significant effect on the hindgut.Low dose(10,100 mg/kg)could increase the height of anterior villi(P>0.05).The dose was too high(2000mg/kg),which was not conducive to the increase of villus height(P<0.05). |
