| Seed vigor detection technology is an important agricultural information technology,and the hyperspectral vigor detection technology is a very promising seed vigor detection technology,which can detect the activity of each seed in a non-destructive,real-time and dynamic manner,However,nowadays,the application of hyperspectral detection equipment to production is less.According to the process requirements for single seed detection,a batch seed testing and sort device is designed.The three-dimensional model of seed detection and sorting line is designed.The parts are assembled into a complete machine for dynamic interference detection.After confirmation,the test bench is designed and produced.According to the process requirements of seed detection and sort device,Using PLC controller and complete the control system of the test bench is completed.The arrangement device of key components is designed and analyzed,and the types and parameters of suction nozzle are designed and analyzed,and the force and the motion of the seeds are analyzed when they are adsorbed.According to the analysis,it is concluded that the main factors affecting the adsorption performance of the arrangement device are the shape of the seeds,the adsorption pressure,the diameter of the suction nozzle and the rotation speed of the suction nozzle.Three typical rice seeds of Zhongjiazao 17,Yongyou 538 and Zhongzheyou 10 are selected for experimental analysis on the test platform.By changing adsorption pressure,nozzle diameter and rotation speed,the single-factor test is carried out on the arrangement device,and the optimal adsorption parameter range is obtained.The adsorption pressure is 5,9,13 k Pa,the suction diameter nozzle is 1.0,1.25,1.5,2.0mm,and the rotation speed is 15,16.875,18.75,20.625,22.5r/min.Multi factor pairwise combination test is adopted.Through the analysis of the test results,it is concluded that the optimal combination parameters of the three types of rice seeds are: Under the conditions of adsorption pressure is 9k Pa,nozzle diameter is 1.5mm,and rotation speed is22.5r/min,the maximum single adsorption rate of Zhongjiazao 17 is 91.1%.Under the conditions of adsorption pressure is 5k Pa,nozzle diameter is 1.5mm,and rotation speed is 16.875r/min,the maximum single adsorption rate of Yongyou 538 is 92.5%.Under the conditions of adsorption pressure is 5k Pa,nozzle diameter is 1.25 mm,and rotation speed is 22.5r/min,the maximum single adsorption rate of Zhongzheyou 10 is 85.8%.The lowest effective adsorption rate of the three groups of seeds is 85.8%,which can met the requirement of hyperspectral detection of 4-6seeds/s for single seeds. |
