Digital agriculture is an advanced form of agricultural modernization.Promoting the construction of digital agriculture is a strong support for the realization of high-quality agricultural development,and it is also a key measure to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.At present,the planting of facility tomato has problems such as overreliance on the experience of growers and lack of standardization of agricultural operations.In order to improve the digital level of the facility tomato planting process and strengthen the standardization of facility tomato planting,the research on facility tomato growth model and digital planting is carried out.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Research on the growth model of facility tomato based on stepwise-principal component regressionIn view of the serious multicollinearity among environmental elements,the parameter estimation results of traditional methods fail to pass the test,and the results of correlation analysis are inconsistent,based on the growth data and environmental data of facility tomato seedling stage,flowering stage and fruit stage,stepwise regression was used to select significant environmental factors.Principal component regression was performed as an independent variable to construct a step-by-step-principal component regression growth model of facility tomato in each period.The results showed that the goodness of fit of each model was greater than 90%,and the fitting effect was good.The growth model based on stepwise-principal component regression not only studies the influence of environmental elements in the solar greenhouse on the growth and development of facility tomato,but also explores the quantitative relationship between environmental elements and the growth and development of facility tomato,which provides a reference for facility environmental regulation,as well as for facility environmental regulation.The tomato digital cultivation research has laid the foundation.(2)Research on digital planting model of facility tomato based on piecewise functionAiming at the low level of digitalization of facility tomato and the non-standard planting process,the environmental regulation judgment model,agricultural operation judgment model and pest judgment model of facility tomato were constructed in the form of piecewise functions,so as to construct a full-cycle digital planting model of facility tomato.The digital planting model of facility tomato takes into account the comprehensive influence of multiple factors on the growth and development of facility tomato,which not only provides standardized planting guidance for growers,but also further improves the digital level of facility tomato planting.(3)Design and realization of facility tomato digital planting systemBased on the research of the facility tomato growth model and digital planting model,combined with the demand research,a facility tomato digital planting system including three types of user roles and six modules is designed and implemented.The system can predict the growth state of tomato through environmental factors,consult the planting specifications in different growth periods,provide users with a friendly interaction method,vividly express the characteristics of the data,and further improve the digitalization level of the facility tomato planting process. |
